| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, lokasi perumahan dan status pekerjaan terhadap konsumsi beras masyarakat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Penggilingan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Yamane sehingga sampel yang diambil sebanyak 150 ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Penggilingan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda model double log dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan berpengaruh tidak signifikan, variabel pendidikan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi beras masyarakat di Kelurahan Penggilingan. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan konsumsi beras pada masyarakat komplek perumahan dan non komplek perumahan dengan kecenderungan konsumsi beras adalah pada masyarakat non komplek perumahan di Kelurahan Penggilingan. Selain itu, juga terdapat perbedaan signifikan konsumsi beras pada ibu bekerja dan tidak bekerja dengan kecenderungan konsumsi beras adalah pada ibu yang tidak bekerja di Kelurahan Penggilingan. |

Inggris) | This research aims to analyzed the effect of variabel income, education level, number of family dependants, location of residence and employment status against rice consumption. Population in this research was a housewife in the village of Penggilingan. Sampling used the formula Yamane, so samples taken as many as 150 housewife in the village of Penggilingan. Technique of data analysis used multiple regression models double log with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study showed that the variable income does not have significant influence, variable education level has a negative and significant effect, while variable the number of family dependants has positive and significant effect againts the consumption of rice in the village of Penggilingan. There are significant differences in rice consumption in the housing complex and non-housing complex with the tendency of rice consumption is non-housing complex community in the Penggilingan Village. In addition, there are also significant differences in rice consumption in working and non-working mothers with the tendency of rice consumption is mothers who do not work in the Penggilingan Village. |
