| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | IKM Sapu GWHC memproduksi sapu sorgum di Purbalingga. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, para pekerja melakukan aktivitasnya secara manual menggunakan stasiun kerja lama dengan postur kerja yang berulang. Para pekerja merasakan gangguan MSDs atau rasa nyeri pada punggung, pinggang, leher, dan tangan. Stasiun kerja baru sudah dibuat dengan penyesuaian pada tinggi stasiun kerja, kemiringan sandaran kursi, perpindahan jarak tempat duduk (maju atau mundur) dan menambahkan alat untuk menggulung benang, namun belum dilakukan pengukuran postur kerja dan pengukuran tingkat keluhan MSDs. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keluhan MSDs dan postur kerja pada stasiun kerja lama dan stasiun kerja baru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, setelah menggunakan stasiun kerja lama dan baru, terdapat penurunan MSDs paling tinggi pada bagian punggung dari sebelumnya 55,56% menjadi 33,33% sedangkan kenaikan paling tinggi pada bagian pergelangan kaki kanan dari sebelumnya 5,56% menjadi 33,33%, dan terdapat penurunan rata-rata nilai exposure level QEC dari sebelumnya 66% menjadi 61%. Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon, ada perbedaan keluhan MSDs yang signifikan (Asymp. Sig 0,036) dan ada perbedaan exposure level QEC yang signifikan (Asymp. Sig 0,014). |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SME Brooms GWHC produces sorghum brooms in Purbalingga. Based on preliminary observations, workers carry out their activities manually using current work stations with repetitive work postures. Workers feel MSDs disturbances or pain in the back, waist, neck and hands. A new work station has been made with adjustments to the height of the work station, the slope of the back of the chair, the displacement of the seat (forward or backward) and adding a tool to roll the yarn, but no work posture and MSDs complaint levels have been measured. The study aims to determine differences in MSDs complaints and work posture at the current work station and the new work station. Based on the results of the study, after using the current and new work stations, there was the highest decrease in MSDs in the back from 55.56% to 33.33% while the highest increase in the right ankle from 5.56% to 33.33 %, and there was a decrease in the average QEC exposure level value from 66% to 61%. Based on the Wilcoxon test results, there are significant differences in MSDs complaints (Asymp. Sig 0.036) and there are significant QEC exposure level differences (Asymp. Sig 0.014). |
