| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Prevalensi fascioliasis pada hati dan feses Kambing dengan variasi umur berbeda di RPH Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian tersebut dilaksanakan di RPh Sokaraja dan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Hewan Tipe B Purwokerto. Penelitian ini dimulai pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2019. Materi penelitian menggunakan 74 ekor kambing dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan uji laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi fascioliasis pada ternak kambing di RPH Sokaraja dengan menggunakan pemeriksaan hati adalah 12,16% sedangkan pemeriksaan feses menggunakan uji sedimentasi adalah 24,3%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Chi-Square untuk pemeriksaan hati chi hitung yaitu 7,387, jika dibandingkan dengan Chi tabel yaitu 3,84 maka ada hubungan antara umur dengan tingkat infeksi, karena 7,387> chi table sedangan hasil analisis Chi-Square pemeriksaan feses adalah chi hitung yaitu 11,756, jika dibandingkan dengan Chi tabel yaitu 3,84 maka ada hubungan antara umur dengan tingkat infeksi, karena 11,756>chi tabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa umur ternak kambing berpengaruh nyata terhadap infeksi fascioliasis pada kambing yang di potong di RPH Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research titled "The prevalence of fascioliasis in liver and goat feces with different age variations in slaughterhouse Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency". The research was conducted in Sokaraja slaughterhouse and in the Type B Health Laboratory Purwokerto. This research began in June 2019 until July 2019. The research material uses 74 goats by using the Slovin formula. The results showed that the prevalence of fascioliasis in goats in Sokaraja Slaughterhouse using a liver examination was 12,16% while the stool examination using sedimentation test was 24,3%. Based on the results of the Chi-Square analysis for the liver count chi calculation that is 7,387, when compared with the Chi table that is 3,84 then there is a relationship between age and infection rates, because 7,387> chi table whereas the Chi-Square analysis results fecal examination is the chi count that is 11,756 , when compared with Chi table which is 3,84, there is a relationship between age and infection rate, because 11,756> chi table, it can be concluded that the age of the goat has a significant effect on fascioliasis infection in the goat which is slaughtered in slaughterhouse Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency. |
