| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Banyumas merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi tanaman kelapa urutan ketiga di Jawa Tengah. Minyak kelapa murni (Virgin Coconut Oil/VCO) juga merupakan salah satu produk olahan kelapa yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi sehingga memiliki prospek yang bagus, baik di pasar domestik maupun pasar ekspor. Peran besar Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah (UMKM) terhadap perekonomian menjadi solusi yang serasi dengan konsep pengembangan produk olahan VCO untuk mencapai diversifikasi olahan VCO. Pada kondisi lain, tidak semua produk potensial akan sukses bila dikembangkan UMKM karena keterbatasan yang dimiliki UMKM. Pengambilan keputusan secara efektif dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan UMKM dalam upaya pengembangan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui ragam jenis produk yang dapat dikembangkan dari VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) melalui identifikasi di Kabupaten Banyumas; 2) mengetahui jenis urutan prioritas alternatif produk potensial VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) untuk pengembangan pada skala UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian terdiri atas identifikasi produk potensial VCO, seleksi awal produk potensial dan penentuan prioritas pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara pakar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan urutan prioritas produk potensial VCO yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis Bayes yakni 1) cokelat batang, 2) salad dressing, 3) biskuit bayi, 4) pasta kacang merah, dengan kategori potensial untuk dikembangkan. Selanjutnya, diikuti oleh 5) mayonaise, 6) margarine, dengan kategori cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan, dan dilanjutkan oleh 7) keju, 8) cocoa butter substitute, 9) coconut candy, 10) selai kacang, dengan kategori cukup potensial dikembangkan namun perlu perbaikan, serta 11) minuman energik dan 12) snack bar, dengan kategori kurang potensial. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Banyumas is one of the regions in Indonesia with the third potential of coconut plantation in Central Java. Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is also one of the processed coconut products that has a high selling value with the result that it has good prospects, both in the domestic and export markets. The big role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on the economy becomes a solution that is in harmony with the concept of developing VCO processed products to achieve diversification of processed VCO. In other conditions, not all potential products will be successful if they are developed by MSMEs because of the limitations they have. Effective decision making can be the key to the success of MSMEs in product development efforts. This research was aimed to: 1) knowing the range of products that can be developed from VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) through identification in Banyumas Regency; 2) knowing the type of priority order of alternative VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) potential products for development on the MSME scale in Banyumas Regency. The research consists of identifying potential VCO products, initial selection of potential products and determining development priorities. This research uses survey method and literature study. The research showed the priority order of potential VCO products obtained based on Bayes analysis are 1) chocolate, 2) salad dressing, 3) baby biscuits, 4) red bean paste, with potential to be developed categories. Next, followed by 5) mayonnaise, 6) margarine, with potential enough to be developed categories, and followed by 7) cheese, 8) cocoa butter substitute, 9) coconut candy, 10) peanut butter, with potential enough to be developed but need improvement categories, and 11) energetic drinks and 12) snack bars, with less potential categories. |
