| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasimal, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Kantor PDAM Tirta Dharma, Kabupaten Brebes)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor PDAM Kabupaten Brebes. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode survey, dengan jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 116 responden. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis jalur, dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan Analisis Jalur menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Inggris) | This research takes the title: "The Effect of Transformasimal Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance (Study at PDAM Tirta Dharma Office, Brebes Regency)". This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the PDAM Brebes Regency office. The method used in this study is the survey method, with a total of 116 respondents. The analysis used includes the validity test, reliability test, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research and data analysis using Path Analysis shows that Transformational Leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction affect employee performance.Keywords: transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction.
