Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) pemberian formula nutrisi modifikasi terhadap sifat kimia air, kandungan N dan P dan biomassa tanaman selada, (2) media tanam terhadap sifat kimia air, kandungan N dan P dan biomassa tanaman selada dan (3) kombinasi formula nutrisi dan media tanam yang tepat untuk menjaga sifat kimia air, kandungan N dan P dan meningkatkan biomassa selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019 - Juli 2019 di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu formula nutrisi yang terdiri dari lima taraf, yaitu F0 = 7,5% N (kontrol), F1 = 6% N, F2 = 7,5% N, F3 = 9% N dan F4 = 10,5% N. Faktor kedua yaitu media tanam yang terdiri dari dua macam yaitu M1 = cocogrow dan M2 = cocogrow+zeolit. Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH, DHL, TDS, N-total, P-total, suhu air dan biomassa tanaman selada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi formula nutrisi dengan kandungan N 9% (F3) menghasilkan Ph air 7,69, DHL 1.314,71 µS/cm, TDS 652,26 ppm, N total 0,01%, P total112,1%, suhu air 30,02 °C serta biomassa 2,29 g/tanaman. Media tanam cocogrow + zeolit menghasilkan biomassa 2,65 g/tanaman, DHL 1.331,65 µS/cm dan TDS 660,38 ppm.

Inggris)This study aims to determine effect of (1) giving modified nutritional formula on the chemical properties of water, N and P content and lettuce plant biomass, (2) planting media on water chemistry, N and P content and lettuce plant biomass and (3) combination of nutritional formulas and appropriate growing media to maintain the chemical properties of water, N and P content and increase lettuce biomass. The study was conducted in March 2019 - July 2019 in the screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, General Sudirman University. The design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor is the nutrition formula which consists of five levels, namely F0 = 7.5% N (control), F1 = 6% N, F2 = 7.5% N, F3 = 9% N and F4 = 10.5% N The second factor is the planting medium which consists of two types, namely M1 = cocogrow and M2 = cocogrow + zeolite. The observed variables include pH, DHL, TDS, water temperature, N-total, P-total and lettuce plant biomass. The results showed that the application of nutritional formulas with a content of N 9% (F3) produced pH 7.69, EC 1,314.71 µS / cm, TDS 652, 26 ppm, total N 0.01%, P 112.1% water temperature 30.02 ° C, and biomass 2.29 g / plant. The media for planting cocogrow + zeolite produced biomass 2.65 g / plant, EC 1,331.65 µS / cm and TDS 660.38 ppm.
