| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laboratorium adalah unit penunjang pada lembaga pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Perkembangan pada teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat menjadi salah satu kebutuhan di era digital saat ini. Oleh karena itu laboratorium harus memadukan teknologi ke dalam kegiatan pelayanan. Salah satu metode untuk memadukan teknologi pada pelayanan laboratorium adalah sistem informasi laboratorium (SIM Lab). Pada penelitian ini, penulis merancang sistem informasi laboratorium untuk laboratorium Fakultas MIPA Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Adapun proses perancangan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan studi kinerja laboratorium Fakultas MIPA Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan melakukan analisis Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Hasil studi kinerja laboratorium yang dilakukan, dapat dikatakan baik untuk pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Hal tersebut menjadi tolak ukur dalam perancangan SIM Lab. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | A laboratory is a supporting unit of an educational institution, research and community service. The very fast development of information technology becomes a requirement in this digital era. It is really necessary that a laboratory should combine the technology in its service. One of the method to combine the technology and laboratory's service is laboratory's information system or (SIM Lab in Indonesian). In this research, we design laboratory's information system for laboratory of Mathematics & Natural Science's Faculty at University of Jendral Soedirman. The designation process is done by conducting performance study at laboratory of Mathematics & Natural Sciences at University of Jenderal Soedirman. The performance study is analizing the important performance analysis and customer satisfaction index. Based on the result of laboratory's performance study conducted can be said to be good from the services provided. This is becomes a benchmark in laboratory information system designation. |
