| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga, usia, pengalaman bekerja, pendapatan suami dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap keputusan partisipasi kerja ibu rumah tangga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua rumah tangga yang ada di Kelurahan Teluk. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang ibu rumah tangga yang diperoleh dari 4 Rukun Tetangga (RT) pada 2 Rukun Warga (RW) terpilih di Kelurahan Teluk. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel bertingkat (multistage sampling) dan juga sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) dengan mengambil jumlah rumah tangga tertinggi dari masing-masing tingkat yang telah dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan model Regresi Logistik dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0 terhadap keputusan partisipasi kerja ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Teluk menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Usia berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan pengalaman bekerja berpengaruh positif signifikan. Sedangkan jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan suami dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh tidak signifikan. (2) Pengalaman bekerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable number of family dependents, age, work experience, husband's income and education level on the work paticipation decisions of housewives. The population in this study are all households in the Teluk Village. The number of respondents taken in this study were 100 housewives from 4 Neighborhood Associations (RT) in 2 Citizens Associations (RW) selected in the Teluk Village. Sampling uses a multistage sampling method and purposive sampling by taking the highest number of households from each chosen level. Based on the results of research and data analysis using the Logistic Regression model with the help of SPSS 22.0 on the probability of work paticipation decisions of housewives in the Kelurahan Teluk shows that: (1) Age has a significant negative effect and work experience has a significant positive effect. While the number of family dependents, husband's income and education level insignificant influential. (2) Work experience has the most influence. |
