| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hipsizygus ulmarius termasuk salah satu jenis jamur tiram yang sudah dibudidayakan. Keberhasilan budidaya jamur H. ulmarius ditentukan antara lain oleh medium tanam yang digunakan. Penambahan suplemen biasa digunakan untuk menambah nutrisi medium tanam dan mempercepat pertumbuhan jamur H. ulmarius. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara jenis medium tanam dan jenis suplemen yang baik dalam produksi jamur H. ulmarius. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas empat jenis suplemen yaitu DP : dedak padi; DJ : dedak jagung; PL : polar; TG : tepung gandum dengan lima kosentrasi yang berdeda yaitu 0%; 5%; 10%; 15%; dan 20%. Masing-masig perlakuan diulang 4 kali, sehingga terdapat 80 unit percobaan. Variabel bebas yaitu jenis suplemen dan kosentrasi. Variabel terikat yaitu pertumbuhan jamur tiram putih. Parameter utama yaitu berat basah tubuh buah. Parameter pendukung yaitu kecepatan pertumbuhan miselium, kepadatan miselium, kemunculan tubuh buah I (pertama kali), pH medium tanam, dan rasio C/N medium tanam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis ragam (ANOVA) danhasilnya beda nyata antar perlakuan, maka dilakukan uji Duncan taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kombinasi jenis dan konsentrasi berpengaruh terhadap bobot basah tubuh buah jamur tiram putih H. ulmarius. Hasil berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05), jenis suplemen dedak padi (DP) dengan konsentrasi 20% menunjukan hasil terbaik yaitu 31.846,25 gram dengan miselium yang padat, pH medium 6,8 dan rasio C/N adalah 72,31% |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Hipsizygus ulmarius is one type of oyster mushroom that has been cultivated. The success of H. ulmarius cultivation is determined among others by the planting medium used. The addition of other ingredients or supplements is commonly used to add nutrients to the growing medium and accelerate the growth of H. ulmarius. The purpose of this research was to determine the interaction between the types of planting medium and the types of supplements that were good in the production of H. ulmarius. The research method used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four types of supplements, named DP: rice bran; DJ: corn bran; PL: polar; TG: Wheat flour. Each supplement has five different concentrations of 0%; 5%; 10%; 15%; and 20%. Each treatment was repeated 4 times, so that there were 80 experimental units. The independent variables were supplement type and concentration. The dependent variable is the growth of H. ulmarius. The main parameter is the fruit body's wet weight. Supporting parameters were the mycelium growth rate, mycelium density, the initial growth of the fruit body, the pH of the planting medium, the C / N ratio of the planting medium. The data obtained were analyzed used Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and the results were significantly different between treatments, then the Duncan test was carried out at 5% level. The results showed that the combination of species and concentration affected the wet weight of the H. ulmarius. The results had a significant effect (P <0.05), the type of rice bran supplement (DP) with a concentration of 20% showed the best results of 31.846,25 grams with solid mycelium, medium pH 6.8 and C / N ratio was 72.31%. |
