| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Distribusi Dana Desa juga dapat dilihat sebagai bentuk atau wujud good governance, dimana pemerintah dan masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang erat dan sekaligus meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga mendorong akuntabilitas, transparansi dan responsivitas pemerintah desa. Karena itulah penelitian yang berjudul Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Program Pembangunan Desa Yang Bersumber Dari Dana Desa Di Kabupaten Purbalingga (Studi Kasus Di Desa Bumisari Kecamatan Bojongsari) bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi, persepsi masyarakat terkait perilaku birokrasi aparatur desa, persepsi masyarakat terkait gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa dan komuniaksi terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei, dengan sasaran penelitian yaitu masyarakat desa yang berjumlah 100 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu korelasi kendall tau dan analisis regresi ordinal.Hasil penelitian diketahui adanya pengaruh yang sedang dari faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil kedua yaitu perilaku birokrasi aparatur desa mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Kepemimpinan kades mampu memberikan dorongan dalam proses kerja di desa dan secara statistik yaitu kepemimpinan kades mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil terakhir yaitu komunikasi masyarakat desa mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. |

Inggris) | The distribution of Village Funds can also be seen as a form or form of good governance, where the government and the community have a close relationship and at the same time increase community participation, thereby encouraging accountability, transparency and responsiveness of the village government. That is why the study entitled The Community Participation in the Village Development Program Sourced from Village Funds in Purbalingga Regency (Case Study in Bumisari Village, Bojongsari District) aims to analyze the influence of socioeconomic factors, community perceptions regarding the behavior of the village apparatus bureaucracy, community perceptions related to the leadership style of the chief villages and communication of community participation in village development. The research method used is the survey method, with the aim of the research being the village community numbering 100 samples. The analytical method used is Kendall Tau correlation and ordinal regression analysis. The results of the study note that there is a moderate influence of socioeconomic factors on community participation. The second result is the bureaucratic behavior of the village apparatus has a significant influence on community participation. Village leadership is able to provide encouragement in the work process in the village and statistically that village leadership has a significant influence on community participation. The final result is that village community communication has a significant influence on community participation.
