| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Untuk mewujudkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal pendidikan perlu adanya kriteria minimal yang harus dipenuhi baik oleh kabupaten/kota dan juga satuan pendidikan/sekolah sehingga tercipta mutu dan akses pendidikan yang merata.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pendidikan Dasar pada Sekolah-Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi dengan menjabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1. Jenis Pelayanan Sarana dan Prasarana memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 74,01 persen. 2. Jenis pelayanan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 98,88 persen. 3. Jenis Pelayanan Kurikulum memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 90 persen. 4. Jenis Pelayanan Penilaian Pendidikan memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 100 persen.5. Jenis pelayanan penjaminan mutu pendidikan memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 95,55 persen. 6. jenis Pelayanan Manajemen Sekolah memiliki capaian SPM sebesar 99,25 persen. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pencapaian SPM Pendidikan Dasar pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Brebes Kabupaten masih terdapat jenis pelayanan yang berlum terpenuhi, serta perlu adanya peningkatan pada indikator indikator yang kurang pada setiap Sekolah Dasar guna terciptanya peningkatan mutu dalam penyelenggaraan proses belajar mengajar. Untuk indikator yang sudah tercapai perlu tetap mempertahankan agar pelayanan yang diberikan tetap terjaga kualitasnya. |

Inggris) | To realize the Minimum Service Standards for education there needs to be minimum criteria that must be met by both the district / city and also education / school units so as to create equitable quality and access to education. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Minimum Service Standards for Basic Education in Schools Elementary School in Brebes District, Brebes Regency. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the frequency distribution by describing descriptively. The results of the analysis in this study indicate: 1. Types of Facilities and Infrastructure Services have an MSS achievement of 74.01 percent. 2. The type of service of educators and education personnel has an SPM achievement of 98.88 percent. 3. Type of Curriculum Services has an SPM achievement of 90 percent. 4. Types of Education Assessment Services have a SPM achievement of 100 percent.5. The type of education quality assurance services has an SPM achievement of 95.55 percent. 6. the type of School Management Services has an SPM achievement of 99.25 percent. The conclusion of this research is that the achievement of SPM of Basic Education in State Primary Schools in the District of Brebes Regency there are still a number of services that have not been fulfilled, and there needs to be an increase in indicators that are lacking in each Elementary School in order to create quality improvement in the implementation of teaching and learning processes. For indicators that have been achieved, it is necessary to maintain the quality of services provided. |
