| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyakit merupakan tantangan dalam usaha budidaya gurami (Osphronemus gouramy). Infeksi penyakit akan mempengaruhi nilai profil darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai parameter profil darah gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) serta korelasi antara tingkat gejala penyakit dengan kondisi profil darah gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) yang sakit dari desa di beberapa wilayah Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi pada sampel yang diambil secara purposive random sampling dari beberapa desa di Banyumas, yaitu desa Beji, Pliken, Purwosari, Singasari, Kalikidang dan Kedungbanteng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai parameter berupa glukosa darah yang berkisar 78,1-184,75 mg/dL, hemoglobin berkisar 11,2-113 g/dL, hematokrit sebesar 33,6-36,3%, jumlah eritrosit sebesar 5.8083x106-1.3525x106 sel/mm3, sedangkan masing- masing persentase limfosit sebesar 62,4-79%, persentase monosit sebesar 19-36,2%, dan persentase polimorphonuklear sebesar 1,5-3%. Korelasi antara tingkat gejala penyakit dengan nilai profil darah yaitu mendekati nol atau rendah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Disease is a challange in the cultivation of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy). Disease infection will affect the value of the blood profiles. This study aimed to determine the value of the parameters of the hematology profiles of diseased gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) and the correlation between the level of disease symptom and blood profiles of diseased gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) from several villages in Banyumas regency. The method used in this study was the observation method on samples that were selected by purposive random sampling from several villages in Banyumas areas such as Beji, Pliken, Purwosari, Singasari, Kalikidang, and Kedungbanteng. The results showed the value of blood profile parameters were: blood glucose was 78,1-184,75 mg/dL, hemoglobin was 11,2-113 g/dL, hematocrit was 33,6-36,3%, number of erithocytes was 5.8x106-1.4x106 cel/mm3, percentage of limphocytes was 62,4-79%, percentage monocytes was 19-36,2%, and percentage of polimorphonuclear was 1,5-3%. The correlation between the level of symptoms of the disease with the value of the blood profiles was very low. |
