| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Karakteristik Suara Kapal berdasarkan Bobot, Tipe dan Daya Mesin Kapal di Perairan Cilacap”. Karakteristik suara tergantung pada kondisi operasional (kecepatan kapal dan keadaan laut), karakteristik desain (bobot kapal), serta peralatan yang berada di atas kapal (generator, peralatan akustik aktif, tipe dan daya mesin kapal). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui spesifikasi kapal serta hubungan karakteristik suara kapal berdasarkan bobot, tipe dan daya mesin kapal yang berlayar di perairan Cilacap. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing jenis kapal yang berlayar di Perairan Cilacap memiliki spesifikasi kapal yang berbeda, mulai dari ukuran panjang kapal (7,00-68,00 m); lebar kapal (0,85-11,00 m); bobot kapal (1-864 GT); tipe mesin (outboard dan inboard); daya mesin (5 HP hingga 2 x 6.000 HP); kecepatan kapal (7-5.144 knot), dan putaran baling-baling (750-2.500 rpm). Hubungan antara karakteristik suara kapal berdasarkan bobot, tipe dan daya mesin kapal di perairan Cilacap ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai intensitas dan durasi interval suara serta adanya perbedaan yang sangat signifikan pada nilai frekuensi dan durasi pulsa. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is entitled "Characteristics of Vessel Sounds based on Gross Tonnage, Type and Ship Engine Power in Cilacap Waters". Sound characteristics depend on operational conditions (ship speed and sea conditions), design characteristics (gross tonnage), and equipment dependent on the ship (generators, active acoustic equipment, type and engine power of the ship). This study aims to determine the specifications of the ship and the relationship characteristics of the sound of the ship based on the gross tonnage, type and engine power of the ship sailing on the Cilacap ship. The method used is observation and interview. The results showed that each type of ship sailing in Cilacap waters had different ship specifications, starting from the length of the ship (7.00-68.00 m); width of the ship (0.85-11.00 m); ship weight (1-864 GT); machine type (outboard and inboard); engine power (5 HP to 2 x 6,000 HP); ship speed (7-5,144 knots), and propeller rotation (750-2,500 rpm). The relationship between sound characteristics based on weight, type and engine power of the ship in Cilacap shows a significant difference in the value of the intensity and duration of the sound interval as well as a significant difference in the frequency and duration of the pulse |
