| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian limbah cair tahu pada sistem budidaya organik terhadap produksi tanaman bayam merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Nopember 2018 sampai Maret 2019 di screen house milik petani di Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedung Banteng. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah limbah cair tahu + EM4 dosis 15 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + EM4 dosis 25 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + EM4 dosis 35 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa dosis 15 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa dosis 25 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa dosis 35 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa + EM4 dosis 15 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa + EM4 dosis 25 ml/polybag, limbah cair tahu + air kelapa + EM4 dosis 35 ml/polybag, dan kontrol. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, dan bobot tajuk segar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan limbah cair tahu + air kelapa dosis 25 ml/polybag mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, dan bobot tajuk segar masing-masing sebesar 27,96%, 41,99%, 37,61%, 49,86% dan 54,61% dibandingkan dengan perlakuan kontrol. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aims of the research were to study the effect of giving tofu liquid waste to organic cultivation systems on the production of red spinach plant. The research was conducted from Nopember 2018 until Maret 2019 at Screen House owned by farmers at Melung Village, Kedung Banteng District. The research was arranged by a randomized completely block design (RCBD) non-factorial and repeated three times. The treatment of this research was tofu liquid waste + EM4 dose 15 ml/polybag, The treatment of this research was tofu liquid waste + EM4 dose 25 ml/polybag The treatment of this research was tofu liquid waste + EM4 dose 35 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water dose 15 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water dose 25 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water dose 35 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water + EM4 dose 15 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water + EM4 dose 25 ml/polybag, tofu liquid waste + coconut water + EM4 dose 35 ml/polybag, and control. The observed variables were plants growth rate, number of leaves, leaf area, the fresh plant weight and the fresh canopy weight. The research showed that the treatment tofu liquid waste + coconut water dose 25 ml/polybag (D5) increase the plants growth rate, number of leave, leaf area, the fresh plant weight, the fresh canopy weight each by 27,96%, 41,99%, 37,61%, 49,86% and 54,61% compared to control. |
