Indonesia) | Penelitian ini membahas analisis regresi data panel dan aplikasinya untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2012 sampai 2017. Model random effect (REM) terpilih menjadi model terbaik. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh adalah produk domestik regional bruto dan jumlah penduduk. Variabel produk domestik bruto memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin, sedangkan variabel jumlah penduduk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin. |

Inggris) | The research discussed the panel regression analysis and its application in identifying factors that influence the number of poor people in Central Java Province from 2012 to 2017. The random effect model (REM) is then used as a good model. The result shows that significant variables influential are gross regional domestic product and population. The variable of gross domestic product has a negative influence on the number of poor people, while the variable population has a positive influence on the number of poor people. |
