Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sperma ikan nilem (Osteochilus hasselti) yang disimpan pada media air kelapa muda dan madu dengan rasio pengenceran yang berbeda terhadap motilitas, viabilitas, fertilitas dan daya tetas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yaitu P1 = 1: 10 (1 mL Sperma : 10 mL bahan pengencer), P2 = 1: 15 (1 mL sperma : 15 mL bahan pengencer), dan P3 = 1: 20 ( 1 mL sperma : 20 mL bahan pengencer ) dosis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 99,4% air kelapa muda + 0,6% Madu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sperma ikan nilem (Osteochilus hasselti) yang disimpan pada media air kelapa muda dan madu selama 7 hari dalam suhu -200C tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) antar perlakuan terhadap motilitas, viabilitas, fertilitas dan daya tetas. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of sperm nilem (Osteochilus hasselti) stored on the medium of young coconut water and honey with different dilution ratios for motility, viability, fertility and hatchability. This study used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments and 4 replications, namely P1 = 1: 10 (1 mL Sperm: 10 mL diluent), P2 = 1: 15 (1 mL sperm: 15 mL material diluent), and P3 = 1: 20 (1 mL of sperm: 20 mL of diluent) doses used in this study, namely 99.4% young coconut water + 0.6% honey. The results of this study showed that the sperm of nilem (Osteochilus hasselti) stored in the medium of young coconut water and honey for 7 days at -200C did not have a significant effect (P> 0.05) between treatments for motility, viability, fertility and hatchibility. |
