| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Metode konsensus merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyederhanakan fungsi Boole bentuk sum of product (SOP) dengan produk fundamental lengkap maupun tak lengkap.Fungsi Boole yang dibahas adalah fungsi Boole bentuk SOP dengan contoh untuk 3-5 variabel.Penelitian ini membahas metode konsensus dan penggunaannya dalam penyederhanaan fungsi Boole bentuk SOP yang dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan terurut. Tahap pertama adalah penggunaan proses include dan konsensus untuk memperoleh semua implikan prima yang mungkin. Tahap selanjutnya, penggunaan tabel implikan prima untuk mencari implikan prima yang superfluous.Tahap terakhir, penggunaan metode Petrick untuk memperoleh semua kemungkinan fungsi Boole sederhana yang dibentuk dari setiap implikan prima. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The consensus method is a method that can be used to simplify the Boolean function in sum of product (SOP) form with a complete or incomplete fundamental product. The Boolean function discussed is a Boolean function in SOP form with examples for 3-5 variables. This research discusses the consensus method and its application in simplification the Boolean function did by three sequential steps. The first stage is application of include and consensus process to get all of possible prime implicants. The next step is application of prime implicant table to look for superfluous of prime implicants. The last step, application of Petrick method to obtain all of possible simple Boolean function from each prime implicants. |
