Indonesia) | Kohesivitas kelompok merupakan gambaran saling ketertarikan antar anggota serta setiap anggota termotivasi untuk tetap bersatu dalam kelompok. kohesivitas ditunjukkan dengan kerjasama, keeratan hubungan dan toleransi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kohesivitas kelompok, produktivitas peternak sapi perah dan menganalisis hubungan kohesivitas kelompok dengan produktivitas peteranak sapi perah di Kecamatan Pekuncen, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Metode penetapan sampel wilayah secara purposive sampling yaitu mengambil wilayah yang memiliki kelompok dengan jumlah anggota peternak sapi perah cukup banyak di Kabupaten Banyumas dan terpilih Kecamatan Pekuncen. Pemilihan responden secara sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kohesivitas kelompok peternak sapi perah di Kecamatan Pekuncen, Kabupaten Banyumas tergolong sedang dapat dilihat dari kerjasama (96,56%), keeratan hubungan (93,10%0, dan toleransi (81,03%). Produktivitas peternak sapi perah termasuk dalam kategori sedang (63%), penerimaan yang diperoleh peternak sebanding dengan curahan waktu kerja yang dikeluarkan. Hubungan antara kerjasama dengan produktivitas peternak memiliki korelasi sedang (rs=0,484). Keeratan hubungan dengan produktivitas peternak memiliki korelasi sedang (rs= 0,488). Toleransi dengan produktivitas peternak memiliki korelasi sedang (rs=0,424). |

Inggris) | Group cohesiveness is a level depicting members mutually attracted to one another and motivated to stay united in groups, it is hoped that cohesive groups show effective performance. The purpose of this study was to determine group cohesiveness, productivity of dairy farmers and analyze the relationship of group cohesiveness with productivity of dairy farmers in Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used was a survey method. The method of determining the sample of the area by purposive sampling is to take an area that has a group with a large number of members of dairy farmers in Banyumas Regency and Pekuncen District is elected. Selection of respondents by census The results showed that the level of cohesiveness of dairy farmers in Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency was classified as being able to be seen from cooperation (96.56%), close relationship (93.10% 0, tolerance (81.03%). The productivity of dairy farmers is included in the moderate category (63%), the income received by farmers is proportional to the time spent spent working.Relationship between cooperation with farmer productivity (rs = 0.484) has a moderate correlation.
