Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsumsi pakan dan pertumbuhan itik lokal jantan (Anas plathyrynchos) yang disuplementasi ampas teh fermentasi dengan pemberian inokulum yang berbeda. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 Maret sampai 12 April 2019, di kandang percobaan ternak, Ketapang farm, Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Bahan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Macam perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu A0 (0% suplementasi ampas teh), A1 (suplementasi 2,5% ampas teh fermentasi EM4), A2 (suplementasi 55 ampas teh fermentasi EM4), A3 (suplementasi 2,55 ampas teh fermentasi Tricoderma viride) dan A4 (suplementasi 5% ampas teh fermentasi Tricoderma viride). Setiap perlakuan diulang 4 kali sehingga terdapat 20 unit percobaan, setiap unit diisi 5 ekor itik. Materi yang digunakan adalah 100 ekor itik lokal jantan umur satu bulan, ampas teh, EM4, Tricoderma viride molasses, aquades, urea, ember, gelas ukur, kandang, tempat pakan, tempat minum, timbangan analitik, slang air, plastik, alat tulis, dan termometer. Konsumsi pakan itik masing-masing perlakuan A0, A1, A2, A3 dan A4 yaitu 98,25; 86,63; 73,72; 90,02 dan 80,43 g/ekor/hari (P < 0,01). Hasil kontras ortogonal menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P < 0,01) pada perlakuan A0 X A1, A2, A3; A1, A2 X A3, A4; A1 X A2; A3 X A4. Pertumbuhan itik masing-masing perlakuan A0, A1, A2, A3 dan A4 yaitu 21,70; 11,33; 7,62; 14,68 dan 7,72 g/ekor/hari (P < 0,01). Hasil kontras ortogonal menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P < 0,01) pada perlakuan A0 X A1, A2, A3, A4; A1 X; A3 X A4. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah suplementasi ampas teh fermentasi menggunakan Tricoderma viride dengan level pemberian 2,5% berpengaruh paling baik terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertumbuhan itik lokal jantan.


Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The study was conducted to determine the consumption of feed and growth of male local ducks (Anas plathyrynchos) supplemented with fermented tea pulp by different inoculums. The study was conducted from March 1 to April 12, 2019, in the cattle experiment enclosure, Ketapang Farm, Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency and the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Food Sciences, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The design used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The types of treatments used are AO (0% tea dregs supplementation), A1 (2.5% supplementation EM4 fermented tea dregs), A2 (5% supplementation EM4 fermented tea dregs), A3 (2.5% suplementation Tricoderma viride fermented tea dregs) and A4 (5% supplementation Tricoderma viride fermented tea dregs). Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 20 experimental units, each unit included 5 ducks. The material used was 100 male local ducks, one month old, tea pulp, EM4, Tricoderma viride molasses, aquades, urea, buckets, measuring cups, cages, feed containers, drinking containers, analytical scales, water hoses, plastics, stationery, and thermometer. Consumption of duck feed for each Ao treatment. A1, A2, A3 and A5 are 98.25; 86.63; 73.72; 90.02 and 80.43 g / head / day (P < 0.01). The orthogonal contrast results showed very significant differences (P < 0.01). in the Ao X A1, A2, A3, A4; A1, A2 X A3, A4; A1 X A2; A3 X A4. Growth of ducks for each treatment Ao, A1, A2, A3 and A4 are 21.70; 11.33; 7.62; 14.68 and 7.72 g / head / day (P < 0.01). The orthogonal contrast results showed very significant differences (P < 0.01) in the Ao X A1, A2, A3, A4; A1 X A2; A3 X A4. The conclusion of this study is the supplementation of fermented tea dregs using Tricoderma viride with 2.5 % level of giving the best effect on feed consumption and growth of male local ducks.
