| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Good corporate governance merupakan suatu sistem yang mengatur hubungan peran dewan komisaris, peran direksi, pemegang saham, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance (ukuran dewan komisaris, jumlah komisaris independen, ukuran dewan direksi, ukuran komite audit dan usia dewan komisaris), pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (return on equity). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2009 - 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis. Sebelum melakukan uji regresi, diperiksa dengan menggunakan tes asumsi klasik. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komisaris independen, dan usia dewan komisaris terhadap ROE. Berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara ukuran dewan komisaris, pertumbuhan penjualan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap ROE. Berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan antara variabel komite audit dan dewan direksi terhadap ROE. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Good corporate governance is a system that regulates to relationship of the role of the board of commissioners, the role of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of good corporate governance (size of the board of commissioners, number of independent commissioners, the size of the board of directors, audit committee size and age of the board of commissioners), sales growth, and firm size on company performance (return on equity). This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of the oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 - 2017. This study uses multiple linear regression as an analysis tool. Before conducting a regression test, it is examined using the classic assumption test. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between independent commissioners and the age of the board of commissioners on company performance (ROE). Positive and not significant effect between board size, sales growth and company size on ROE. Negative and not significant effect between the variable audit committee and the board of directors on ROE. |
