| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Banyak peran yang harus dijalankan oleh ketua kelompok untuk menciptakan kohesivitas kelompok, diantaranya yaitu kemampuan memberikan arahan dan perhatian. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran ketua kelompok dengan kohesivitas anggota kelompok peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei. Penetapan sampel wilayah dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan wilayah yang memiliki populasi sapi perah terbanyak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yaitu Kecamatan Wanayasa. Kelompok peternak diambil secara sensus (2 kelompok) yaitu kelompok Brahman Jaya dan Setia Budi. Pengambilan responden peternak diambil secara sensus yaitu sebanyak 51 peternak. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat (0,605) antara peran ketua dalam memberikan arahan dengan kohesivitas anggota kelompok peternak sapi perah dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat (0,697) antara peran ketua dalam memberikan perhatian dengan kohesivitas anggota kelompok peternak sapi perah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Many roles must be performed by the group leader to create group cohesiveness, including the ability to provide direction and attention. The study aims to determine the relationship between the role of group leaders and the cohesiveness of members of the dairy farmers group in Banjarnegara Regency. The study was conducted by survey method. Determination of regional samples is carried out by purposive sampling method, namely the selection of regions that have the highest dairy cattle population in Banjarnegara Regency, namely Wanayasa District. The group of farmers was taken census (2 groups), namely the Brahman Jaya and Setia Budi groups. Retrieval of farmer respondents was taken by census as many as 51 farmers. The analysis used was deskriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship (0.605) between the role of the chairman in providing direction and cohesiveness of members of the dairy farmer group and there is a strong relationship (0.697) between the role of chairman in giving attention to the cohesiveness of members of the dairy farmers group. |
