Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Hubungan Konsumsi Bahan Kering dan Bahan Organik dengan Produksi Susu Sapi Perah di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik usaha sapi perah di Kabupaten Wonosobo, mengetahui rata-rata produksi susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Wonosobo, serta, mengetahui hubungan konsumsi bahan kering dan bahan organik dengan produksi susu di Kabupaten Wonosobo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode survei. Pemilihan wilayah dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu dengan mengambil tujuh kecamatan yang memiliki ternak sapi perah terbanyak. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan metode sensus yaitu mengambil 32 responden. Kemudian dilakukan pengambilan sampel pakan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata konsumsi bahan kering (BK) yaitu 12,7 kg, rata-rata konsumsi bahan organik (BO) yaitu 30.75 kg dan rata-rata produksi susu sapi perah yaitu 14,75 liter/ekor/hari. Nilai r sebesar 0,774 artinya konsumsi bahan kering (X1) dan bahan organik (X2) berpengaruh kuat terhadap produksi susu (Y). Produksi susu dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh konsumsi bahan organik dan bahan organik dengan rumus persamaan Y = -2,876 + 0,575 X1 + 0,335 X2. Bahan kering dan bahan organik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produksi susu sebesar 60%, sedangkan 40% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Relationship between Consumption of Dry Matter and Organic Matter with Milk Production of Dairy Cattle in Wonosobo Regency. The study aimed to determine the consumption of dry matter and organic matter in dairy cattle business in Wonosobo District, to find out the average milk production of dairy cows in Wonosobo Regency, and to know the relationship between consumption of dry matter and organic matter with milk production in Wonosobo Regency.
The research method used is the survey method. Regional selection is done by purposive sampling method, namely by taking seven sub-districts that have dairy cattle. The responden taken by census method is 32 respondent. The feef sample was taken. The analysis used is Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the average consumption of dry matter (BK) is 12.7 kg, the average consumption of organic matter (BO) is 30.75 kg and the average milk production of dairy cows is 14.75 liters/tail/day. The value of r is 0,774 that means consumption of dry matter (X1) and organic matter (X2) has a strong influence on milk production (Y). Milk production is significantly affected by consumption of organic matter and organic matter by the equation formula Y = -2,876 + 0,575 X1 + 0,335 X2. Dry matter and organic matter together influence the milk production by 60%, while the other 40% is influenced by other variables.
