Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian Curcuma®FCT terhadap kadar ureum dan keratin pada darah kambing Jawarandu betina dewasa. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 ekor kambing Jawarandu betina dewasa dengan rataan bobot badan awal 25 kg. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 3 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Perlakuan terdiri atas P0 : Rumput Odot tanpa pemberian Curcuma®FCT (kontrol), P1 : Rumput Odot + 1 tablet Curcuma®FCT (mengandung curcumin 20 mg/ekor), dan P2 : Rumput Odot + 2 tablet Curcuma®FCT (mengandung curcumin 40 mg/ekor). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Curcuma®FCT berpengaruh nyata (P˂0,05) terhadap kadar ureum dan kreatin darah. Uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) terhadap kadar ureum dan kreatin menunjukkan bahwa P1 dan P2 berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan kontrol P0, sedangkan perlakuan P2 berbeda tidak nyata dengan perlakuan P1. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian Curcuma®FCT dosis 20 mg dapat menurunkan kadar ureum 49,50±8,16 mg/dL menjadi 47,17±2,13 mg/dL tetapi meningkatkan kadar kreatin 0,92±0,09 mg/dL menjadi 1,02±0,11 mg/dL. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Curcuma®FCT 20 mg menurunkan kadar ureum 4,7% terjadi peningkatan kadar kreatin 10,8%. Pemberian Curcuma®FCT dosis 40 mg dapat menurunkan kadar ureum 49,50±8,16 menjadi 29±4,14 mg/dL atau 41% dan kadar kreatin 0,92±0,09 menjadi 0,70±0,08 mg/dL atau 13.9%.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The purpose of this research was to study the effects of Curcuma®FCT administration on the level of urea and creatine in the blood of the Jawarandu does. The material used in this research was 18 heads of Jawarandu does with an average initial body weight of 25 kg. The research method used was the experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using 3 treatments and 6 replications and and continued with the Smallest Significantly Difference test (LSD). The treatment consisted of P0: odot grass without Curcuma®FCT (control), P1: odot grass + 1 tablet Curcuma®FCT (containing curcumin 20 mg/head), and P2: odot grass + 2 tablets Curcuma®FCT (containing curcumin 40 mg/head). Variance analysis showed that the use of Curcuma®FCT had a significantly effect (P˂0.05) on urea and creatine levels in goat's blood. The smallest significantly difference test (LSD) at the urea and creatine levels showed that P1 and P2 significantly different from the control treatment P0, while treatment P2 was not significantly different from the P1. The conclusion of this research is that the administration of Curcuma®FCT dose of 20 mg can reduce urea levels from 49.50 mg/dL to 47.17±2.13 mg/dL and creatine levels from 0.92 mg/dL to 1.02±0.11 mg/dL. Result is shown that the introduction of Curcuma® FCT 20 mg reduces the rate of ureum 4.7% while the administration of Curcuma® FCT 40 mg resulted in an increase in the creatine rate of 10.8% increased ureum content caused by poor goat condition and experienced Stress. The administration of Curcuma®FCT with a dose of 40 mg can reduce urea levels from 0,92 mg/dL to 29±4.14 mg/dL decreased by 41% and creatine levels from 0,92 mg/dL to 0.70±0.08 mg/dL decreased by 13.9%.
