| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian Curcuma®FCT terhadap kadar kolesterol dan trigliserida darah kambing Jawarandu betina dewasa. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 18 ekor kambing Jawarandu betina dewasa dengan rataan bobot badan awal 25 kg. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 3 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Perlakuan terdiri atas P0 : Rumput Odot tanpa pemberian Curcuma®FCT (kontrol), P1 : Rumput Odot + 1 tablet Curcuma®FCT (mengandung kurkumin 20 mg/ekor), dan P2 : Rumput Odot + 2 tablet Curcuma®FCT (mengandung kurkumin 40 mg/ekor). Berdasarkan analisis variansi diperoleh data bahwa pemberian Curcuma®FCT berpengaruh nyata (P˂0,05) terhadap kadar kolesterol dan trigliserida darah. Uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) terhadap kadar kolesterol dan trigliserida darah menunjukan bahwa P1 dan P2 berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan kontrol P0. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian Curcuma®FCT dosis 20 mg dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol menjadi 128.33±1.2110 mg/dL dan kadar trigliserida menjadi 119.17±1.4719 mg/dL. Pemberian Curcuma®FCT dosis 40 mg dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol menjadi 149.83±1.7224 mg/dL dan kadar trigliserida menjadi 149.83±1.7224 mg/dL. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed is to study the effect of Curcuma®FCT on cholesterol and triglyceride levels of Jawarandu female adult blood. The research material used was 18 heads Jawarandu does with an average initial body weight of 25 kg. The study was conducted using an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design using 3 treatments and 6 replications and followed by a further test of the Smallest Significant Difference (LSD). The treatment consisted of P0: Odot grass without Curcuma®FCT (control), P1: Odot grass + 1 tablet Curcuma®FCT (containing curcumin 20 mg / head), and P2: Grass Odot + 2 tablets Curcuma®FCT (containing curcumin 40 mg / head). Based on the analysis of variance data obtained that the administration of Curcuma®FCT had a significant effect (P˂0.05) on blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The smallest significant difference (LSD) test for blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels showed that P1 and P2 were significantly different from the control treatment P0. The conclusion of this study is that the administration of Curcuma®FCT dose of 20 mg reduces cholesterol levels to 128.33 ± 1.2110 mg / dL and triglyceride levels to 119.17 ± 1.4719 mg / dL. The administration of Curcuma®FCT in a dose of 40 mg reduces cholesterol levels to 149.83 ± 1.7224 mg / dL and triglyceride levels to 149.83 ± 1.7224 mg / dL. |
