| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) formula nutrisi terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil dan serapan unsur hara N oleh tanaman selada secara hidroponik, 2) media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil dan serapan unsur hara N oleh tanaman selada secara hidroponik dan 3) interaksi antara formula nutrisi dan media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil dan serapan unsur hara N oleh tanaman selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, pada bulan Februari - Juni 2019. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah formula nutrisi yang terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu F0: AB mix, F1: N 6%, F2: N 7,5 %, F3: N 9 %, F4: N 10,5 %. Faktor kedua media tanam yaitu M1: cocogrow, M2: cocogrow+zeolit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Formula nutrisi F0 (AB mix) berpengaruh terhadap luas daun sebesar 96,05 cm2/tan, bobot tajuk segar sebesar 44,39 g/tan, bobot akar segar sebesar 4,46 g/tan, dan F3 (N 9%) menghasilkan serapan N sebesar 5,22 mg N/tan; Media tanam cocogrow + zeolit berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering dan serapan N masing-masing sebesar 16,33 cm/tan, 12 helai/tan, 87,11 cm2/tan, 44,71 g/tan, 2,17 g/tan, 4,17 g/tan, 0,93 g/tan dan 4,76 g/tan; Interaksi antara formula nutrisi N 9% dan media tanam cocogrow + zeolit (F3M2) berpengaruh terhadap serapan N sebesar 7,06 mgN/tan. |

Inggris) | This research aims to know the effect of: 1) the formula of nutrients towards growth, yield and nutrient uptake of N by crops of lettuce in hydroponics, 2) the influence of planting media towards growth, yield and nutrient uptake of N by plant lettuce in hydroponics and 3) the influences and interactions between nutrients and growing mediums formula towards growth, yield and nutrient uptake of N by crops of lettuce. The research was carried out at the screen house the Faculty of agriculture, University of General Soedirman, Purwokerto, Central Java, in February-June 2019. The experimental design used i.e. Random Design Group (RAKL) with two factors and 3 replicates. The first factor is nutritional formula that consists of 5 levels namely: AB F0 F1: N mix, 6%, 7.5%: N F2, F3: F4, 9% N: N 10.5%. The second factor is the planting medium i.e. M1, M2: cocogrow: cocogrow + zeolite. The results showed that: F0 Nutrition Formula (AB mix) influence on the broad leaves of 96.05 cm2/tan, weighs fresh heading of 44.39 g/tan, weighs fresh roots of 4.46 g/tan, and F3 (9%) generate N uptake of 5.22 mgN/tan; planting Media cocogrow + zeolite effect on plant height, number of leaves, broad leaves, heading weights is fresh, dry, header weights weights the fresh root, root dry weight and N absorption of each of 16.33 cm/12 strands tan/tan, 87.11 cm2/g/44.71 tan, tan, 2.17 g/4.17 g/tan, tan, 0.93 g/4.76 g/tan and tan; interactions between the N nutrition formula and growing media 9% cocogrow + zeolite (F3M2) effect on the uptake of tan and 7.06 mgN/tan |
