| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pupuk organik cair terhadap terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kemangi, (2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Bio P60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kemangi, (3) mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan Bio P 60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kemangi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April 2019 hingga Juni 2019 di screen house yang terletak di Kroya Kabupaten Cilacap dan di Laboratorium Agrohortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 1% AB Mix (kontrol), 1,5% POC, 2% POC, dan 2,5% POC. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi Bio P60 yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 0%, 0,4%, dan 0,8%. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, kehijauan daun, panjang akar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot tanaman kering, dan bobot akar kering. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis keragamannya menggunakan uji F 5%. Apabila pada uji F berbeda nyata dan sangat berbeda nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjut dengan menggunakan uji DMRT. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) penggunaan pupuk organik cair pada penelitian ini belum sebaik penggunaan pupuk AB mix dalam meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kehijauan daun, bobot segar tajuk, bobot segar tanaman, dan bobot kering tajuk; 2) penggunaan Bio P60 pada penelitian ini tidak dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kemangi; 3) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan Bio P60 pada seluruh variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kemangi |

Inggris) | This research aimed to (1) examine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of basil plants, (2) examine the effect of Bio P60 on the growth and yield of basil, (3) examine the interaction between the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and Bio P 60 to growth and yield of basil plants. This research was conducted from April 2019 until June 2019 at the screen house located in Kroya, Cilacap Regency and in the Agrohorticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. This research used a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in a factorial pattern with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) which consists of 4 levels, namely 1% AB Mix (control), 1.5% POC, 2% POC, and 2.5% POC. The second factor is the concentration of Bio P60 which consists of 3 levels, namely 0%, 0.4%, and 0.8%. Observation variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf greenness, root length, crown fresh weight, plant fresh weight, root fresh weight, crown dry weight, plant dry weight, and root dry weight. The data collected was then analyzed for diversity using a 5% F test. If the F test is significantly different and very significantly different, further tests are carried out using the DMRT test. The results showed that 1) the use of liquid organic fertilizer in this study was not as good as the use of AB mix fertilizer in increasing plant height, number of leaves, greening of leaves, canopy fresh weight, plant fresh weight, and canopy dry weight; 2) the use of Bio P60 in this study could not increase the growth and yield of basil plants; 3) there is no interaction effect between the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer and Bio P60 on all growth variables and basil yields. |
