Indonesia) | EFEKTIVITAS SATUAN TUGAS SAPU BERSIH (SATGAS SABER PUNGLI) DALAM PENANGGULANGAN TINDAK PIDANA PUNGUTAN LIAR (Studi Kasus Di MaPolrestabes Semarang) Oleh : ENJANK DIASTIKA E1A015218 ABSTRAK Praktik pungutan liar adalah masalah serius di negara Indonesia, karena telah merusak sendi kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara sehingga perlu adanya upaya pemberantasan secara tegas, terpadu, efisien, dan mampu menimbulkan efek jera. Oleh karena itu dibentuklah Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan liar oleh pemerintahan Joko Widodo. Namun dalam praktiknya Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutuan liar belum berjalan secara efektif seperti yang diharapkan oleh banyak pihak, masih banyak kekurangan dari beberapa aspek baik peraturan undang-undang, sarana dan fasilitas, penegak hukumnya sendiri, masyarakat, bahkan kebudayaan yang hidup di masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis dara yang digunakan yaitu data pprimer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya kendala-kendala yang beragam maka dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat untuk memecahkan masalah agar Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar di wilayah hukum MaPolrestabes Semarang dapat berjalan secara efektif dalam membersihkan praktik pungutan liar. Inggris) | The Effectiveness Of The Task Frorce clean sweap illegal levies (SATGAS SABER PUNGLI) In The Handling Of Criminal Acts Of Illegal levies (A Case Study In Semarang Regional MaPolrestabes) By : ENJANK DIASTIKA E1A015218 ABSTRACT The practice of illegal levies is a seriuos problem in the country of Indonesia, because it is damaged the joints of life in society, nation and state so that the need for eradication efforts firmly, integrated, efficient, and able to cause deterrent effect. Therefor, The Task Frorce clean sweap illegal levies has established by Joko Widodo government. However, in the practice The Task Frorce clean sweap illegal levies has not run effecttivelyas expected by many parties, there are still many sgortcomings of some aspects of both the rule of law, facilities, law enforcement it self,society, even the culture taht lives in society. This research is a descriptive empirical law research. The types of data used are primary dan secondary data. The techniques of data collection are literature study and interview. The results of this study The existence of various obtacles such as law hence needed the right solution to solve the problem so that practice The Task Frorce clean sweap illegal levies in MaPolrestabes Semarang Regency can run effectively in celaning the practice of illegal levies.
