| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai konsentrasi AB Mix terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, serta keberadaan hama dan penyakit selada merah pada hidroponik sistem sumbu; 2) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, serta keberadaan hama dan penyakit selada merah pada hidroponik sistem sumbu; 3) mengetahui interaksi antara konsentasi AB Mix dan dan Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil, serta keberadaan hama dan penyakit tanaman selada merah pada hidroponik sistem sumbu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screenhouse yang terletak di Desa Pasir Kidul, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian UNSOED, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada akhir Desember 2018 sampai awal Maret 2019. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan perlakuan 2 faktor dan 4 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi AB Mix yaitu 1.000 ppm, 1.200 ppm, dan 1.400 ppm. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi Bio P60 yaitu 0%, 5%, dan 10%. Variabel pengamatana meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), kandungan klorofil (unit/cm2), volume akar (ml), panjang akar (cm), bobot akar segar (g), bobot tajuk segar (g), bobot tanaman segar (g), jenis hama dan penyakit, intensitas hama dan penyakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) konsentrasi AB Mix tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil, serta keberadaan hama dan penyakit selada merah pada hidroponik sumbu; 2) konsentrasi Bio P60 tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil, serta keberadaan hama dan penyakit selada merah pada hidroponik sumbu; 3) kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi AB Mix dan Bio P60 yang terbaik yaitu konsentrasi AB Mix 1.400 ppm dan Bio P60 0% pada bobot tajuk segar 90,08 g sebesar 92%. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to: 1) to know the effect of giving various concentrations of AB Mix towards the growth, yield and presence of pest and disease in red leaf lettuce on wick hydroponic system; 2) to know the effect of giving various concentrations of Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 towards the growth, yield and presence of pest and disease in red leaf lettuce on wick hydroponic system; 3) to know the interaction the concentration of AB Mix and Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 towards the growth, yield and presence of pest and disease in red leaf lettuce on wick hydroponic system. The research was conducted in screen house located at Pasir Kidul Village, Karanglewas Sub-district, Banyumas Regency and the Laboratory Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. This research was held on late December 2018 until early March 2019. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Block Design with treatments of 2 factors and 4 replications. The first factor was the concentration of AB Mix, namely 1.000 ppm, 1.200 ppm, and 1.400 ppm. The second factor was the concentration of Bio P60, namely 0%, 5% and 10%. Observational variables included plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), chlorophyll composition (unit/cm2), root volume (ml), root length (cm), fresh root weight (g), fresh crown weight (g), fresh plant weight (g), pest and disease type, pest and disease intensity. The result of this research showed that: 1) the concentration of AB Mix had no significant effect to increase the growth, yield, and the presence of pest and disease in red leaf lettuce on wick hydroponics system; 2) the concentration of Bio P60 had no significant effect to increase the growth, yield, and the presence of pest and disease in red leaf lettuce on wick system hydroponic; 3) the best combination of the concentration AB Mix and Bio P60 on the 1.400 ppm concentration of AB Mix and 0% of Bio P60 with the fresh crown weight by 90,08 g by 92%. |
