| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi karir, Motivasi Kualitas Dan Motivasi Ekonomi Terhadap Minat pemilihan karir sebagai auditor pemerintah (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Program S1 Akuntansi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi karir, motivasi kualitas dan motivasi ekonomi terhadap minat minat pemilihan karir sebagai auditor pemerintah pada mahasiswa program S1 Akuntansi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi Program S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman tahun angkatan 2015-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana teknik tersebut menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representatif. Pertimbangan penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa angkatan tahun 2015 dan 2016 program S1 Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan karakteristik seluruh elemen populasi. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 107 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dibantu dengan software Ms.Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial motivasi karir, motivasi kualitas dan motivasi ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pemilihan karir sebagai auditor pemerintah pada mahasiswa program S1 Akuntansi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi yang baik untuk menumbuhkan minat berkarir sebagai auditor pemerintah pada mahasiswa. |

Inggris) | This research is entitled "The Influence of Career Motivation, Quality Motivation and Economic Motivation Against the Interest of Career Selection as a Government Auditor (Study on General Soedirman University S1 Accounting Students)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career motivation, quality motivation and economic motivation on the interest in career choice interest as a government auditor in S1 Accounting students at Jenderal Sudirman University. The population in this study were students majoring in Accounting in the S1 Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of General Soedirman in the year 2015-2016. This study uses purposive sampling, where the technique determines the sample of the study with certain considerations aimed at making the data obtained later more representative. The consideration of determining the sample in this study is the students of the 2015 and 2016 bachelor programs of the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, General Sudirman University with the characteristics of all elements of the population. The sample obtained was 107 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires as research instruments. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis assisted by Ms.Excel software. The results of the study showed that partially career motivation, quality motivation and economic motivation had a significant effect on career choice interest as government auditors in S1 Accounting General Soedirman University students. The results of this study are expected to provide good knowledge and motivation to foster interest in a career as a government auditor for students. |
