| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan adanya Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang masuk pada Indeks Kompas 100 tahun 2016-2017. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dan diambil antara lain dari laporan tahunan perusahaan dan website resmi perusahaan. Sampel diambil dengan cara purposive sampling dan diperoleh 70 perusahaan dengan total 2 tahun pengamatan sehingga menghasilkan 140 sampel. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan serta CSR dan GCG sebagai variabel moderating mampu memperkuat kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. |

Inggris) | This research aims to examine the effect of financial performance on firm value with the existence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as moderating variables. The samples in this reseach are companies that has been selected in Kompas Index 100 from 2016-2017. The data in this research are secondary data and taken from the company's annual report and the company's official website. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained 70 companies, with a total of 2 years of observation resulting in 140 samples. The data obtained is analyzed using the classic assumption test before testing the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing uses coefficient of determination, F test, and t-test. The results of the research show that financial performance has a positive effect on firm value. CSR and GCG as moderating variables can strengthen financial performance and firm value. |
