| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) jenis jamur patogen pada gulma berdaun sempit, (2) virulensi jamur patogen gulma berdaun sempit terhadap gulma berdaun sempit, dan (3) terhadap tanaman padi dan jagung in Planta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Screen House, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai November 2018 sampai Maret 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu 1). Eksplorasi dan identifikasi jamur patogen pada gulma Digitaria ciliaris dan Eleusine indica, 2). Uji Postulat Koch pada gulma Ottochloa nodosa, 3). Uji virulensi terhadap gulma berdaun sempit menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi diulang tiga kali. Petak utama terdiri atas jamur Nigrospora sp., Curvularia lunata, Fusarium oxysporum, serta kontrol dan anak petak terdiri atas gulma Axonopus compressus, Echinochloa crus-galli, O. nodosa, Paspalum conjugatum, dan D. ciliaris, dan 4). Uji virulensi terhadap tanaman budidaya menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi diulang empat kali. Petak utama terdiri atas jamur yang sama serta kontrol dan anak petak terdiri atas padi dan jagung. Variabel yang diamati yaitu gejala penyakit, morfologi patogen, masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, dan bobot segar tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil eksplorasi didapatkan tiga jamur patogen, yaitu Nigrospora sp., C. lunata, dan F. oxysporum. Pengujian virulensi pada gulma daun sempit menunjukkan jamur F. oxysporum dan C. lunata merupakan jamur patogen paling virulen yang dapat menyebabkan intensitas penyakit masing-masing sebesar 100% dan 93,3% pada gulma E. crus-galli. Pengujian virulensi pada tanaman budidaya (padi dan jagung) menunjukkan ketiga jamur patogen tidak mampu menimbulkan penyakit pada tanaman padi, namun menimbulkan penyakit pada tanaman jagung. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to know (1) kinds of narrow leave weeds fungal pathogens, (2) their vurilence on narrow leave weeds, and (3) on rice and corn in planta. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and the Screen House, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from November 2018 until March 2019. The research consisted of four stages, i.e., 1). Exploration and identification of fungal pathogen from Digitaria ciliaris and Eleusine indica, 2). Koch postulate on Ottochloa nodosa, 3). Virulence test on narrow leave weeds using split plot design repeated three times. The main plot consisted of Nigrospora sp., Curvularia lunata, Fusarium oxysporum, and control and subplots consisted of Axonopus compressus, Echinochloa crus-galli, O. nodosa, Paspalum conjugatum, and D. ciliaris, and 4). Virulence test on cultivated plants using a split plot design repeated four times. The main plot consisted of the same fungi and control and subplots consisted of rice and corn. Variables observed were disease symptoms, pathogen morphology, incubation period, disease intensity, and fresh weight. Result of the research showed that the exploration founded three fungal pathogens namely Nigrospora sp., C. lunata, and F. oxysporum. Virulence test in narrow leave weeds showed that F. oxysporum and C. lunata were the most virulent narrow leave weed fungal pathogens indicated by disease intensity as 100 and 93.3%, respectively, in E. crus-galli weeds. Virulence testing in cultivated plants (rice and corn) showed that the three fungal pathogen were unable to cause disease in rice plants but caused disease in corn plants. |
