| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan memakai kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random samplingdan didapat sebanyak 172 sampel desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, dapatditarik kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. Sementara, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan desa. Inggris) | The study aims to find out the effect of human resources competencies, utilization of technology information, and public participation toward quality of village financial statement. This research is quantitative research wih survey method and use a quetionare. The samples are selected using proportionate stratified random sampling method with the number of samples of 172 villages in Banyumas Regency. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis, indicated that human resources competencies do not have effect on quality of village financial statement, meanwhile utilization of technology information and public participation have a positive effect on quality of village financial statement.
