| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan tingkat kepuasan peternak plasma pada tiga model kemitraan ayam broiler di Kecamatan Dayeuhluhur Kabupaten Cilacap. Sasaran penelitian adalah peternak dan usaha ayam broiler. Jumlah responden sebanyak 45 peternak dan 3 keyinforman. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling berdasarkan model kemitraan. Variabel yang diamati adalah karakteristik setiap model kemitraan meliputi kemitraan sistem harga kontrak, kemitraan sistem harga kontrak tabungan 15% dan kemitraan sistem maklun. Selain itu dilihat juga pendapatan peternak dan kepuasan peternak plasma terhadap pelayanan inti kemitraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan paling besar hingga terendah berturut-turut yakni kemitraan sistem harga kontrak sebesar Rp 1.127,00/ekor ayam, kemitraan sistem maklun sebesar Rp -969,00/ekor ayam dan kemitraan sistem harga kontrak tabungan 15% sebesar Rp-3.443,00/ekor ayam. Berdasarkan hasil anova, terdapat perbedaan pendapatan peternak yang sangat signifikan pada ketiga model kemitraan ayam broiler. Nilai tingkat kepuasan peternak terhadap pelayanan mitra berturut-turut sebagai berikut kemitraan sistem harga kontrak tabungan 15% sebesar 72,13%, kemitraan sistem harga kontrak 71,81% dan kemitraan sistem maklun 70,47%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat kepuasan nilai X2 hitung (11,9) lebih besar daripada X2 Tabel (0,05) yaitu 9,5, terdapat perbedaan sinifikan tingkat kepuasan dari ketiga model kemitraan tersebut. |

Inggris) | The research aims to determine the income and satisfaction rate of plasma breeders on three partnership models of broiler chickens in Dayeuhluhur district of Cilacap Regency. Target research is the business and farmers broiler chickens. Number of respondents as many as 45 farmers and 3 keyinformants. Research is done by survey, the method used is stratified random sampling. The variable observed in the study was the characteristics of each partnership model including the partnership of Contract price System, the partnership of the 15% savings contract pricing system and the partnership of makloon system, breeder income, and the satisfaction of plasma breeders to the core services of partnerships. The results showed that the greatest income was the partnership of the system contract price of Rp 1.127, 00/Chicken tail, the partnership of Maklun system of Rp-969,00/chicken tails and income partnership System of 15% savings contract price of Rp-3.443, 00/chicken tail. Based on Anova's results, the revenue difference of the three partnership models resulted in a level of significance (0.000) ≤ (0.050), which means there is a significant difference in Breeder's income on the three partnership models of broiler chickens. The biggest satisfaction rate value is the partnership of 15% savings contract price of 72.13%, partnership system contract price of 71.81% and the partnership of Maklun system 70.47%, which signifies that the breeder is satisfied with the service provided by the company Core. Based on the results of the analysis of the satisfaction rate of X2 count (11.9) is greater than X2 table (0.05) which is 9.5, meaning there is a discrepancy in the level of satisfaction of all three models of the partnership. |
