| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penggunaan probiotik rabal dan rabal plus terhadap konsumsi pakan dan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) pada itik petelur. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah itik petelur umur 52 minggu sebanyak 600 ekor, probiotik rabal dan rabal plus. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah R1 : ransum dengan penambahan probiotik rabal 3 ml/l air, R2 : ransum dengan penambahan rabal 5 ml/l air, R3 : ransum dengan penambahan rabal 7 ml/l air, R4 : ransum dengan penambahan rabal plus 3 ml/l air, R5 : ransum dengan penambahan rabal plus 5 ml/l air, R6 : ransum dengan penambahan rabal plus 7 ml/l air. Pakan yang digunakan mengandung protein kasar sebesar 26,38% dan energi metabolisme 2.923 kkal/kg. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi probiotik rabal dan rabal plus dalam ransum berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi pakan dan income over feed cost. Perlakuan menghasilkan konsumsi pakan rata-rata sebesar 200 ± 0 gram/ekor/hari dan rata-rata income over feed cost sebesar Rp 1.601.775 ± 190.703,23. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah suplementasi probiotik rabal dan rabal plus dalam ransum itik petelur tidak dapat menurunkan konsumsi pakan dan meningkatkan income over feed cost. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purposes of this research is to evaluate the use probiotic rabal and rabal plus in feed for feed consumption and income over feed cost laying ducks. The material used is laying ducks age 52 weeks as many as 600 heads, probiotic rabal dan rabal plus. The treatments used in this research were R1 : feed with addition probiotic rabal 3 ml, R2 : feed with addition probiotic rabal 5 ml, R3 : feed with addition probiotic rabal 7 ml, R4 : feed with addition probiotic rabal plus 3 ml, R5 : feed with addition probiotic rabal plus 5 ml, R6 : feed with addition probiotic rabal plus 3 ml. Feed contain crude protein as big as 26.38% and energy metabolism 2,923 kcal/kg. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 5 replications and continued with Honestly Significant difference test (HSD). Result of this research showed supplementation probiotic rabal and rabal plus in feed effect had no significant (P>0,05) on feed consumption and income over feed cost. The treatment produced an average feed consumption of 200 ± 0 g/head/day and Average from income over feed cost Rp 1.601.775 ± 190.703,23. The conclusion of this research is supplementation probiotic rabal and rabal plus in feed for feed consumption and income over feed cost laying ducks can not decrease feed consumption and increase income over feed cost. |
