| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Mikroplastik merupakan partikel dengan diameter kurang dari 5mm yang memiliki berbagai ukuran, bentuk dan warna. Mikroplastik dapat tertelan dengan sengaja maupun tidak oleh ikan dan dapat memberikan efek negatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan kelimpahan mikroplastik pada saluran pencernaan ikan Sarden (Sardinella sp.) dan ikan Lidah (Cynoglossus sp.) pada masing-masing stasiun di perairan pesisir Cilacap. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dan metode penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian kelimpahan mikroplastik antar stasiun dan antar spesies memiliki perbeaan yang nyata. Kesimpulan pada penelitian kelimpahan mikroplastik total antar stasiun dan antar spesies memiliki perbedaan yang nyata. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Microplastic is a particle with a diameter of less than 5mm that has various sizes, shapes and colors. Microplastic can be ingested intentionally or not by fish and can have a negative effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in total microplastic abundance, to determin the abundance of microplastic shapes and colors in Sardines (Sardinella sp.) and Tongue fish (Cynoglossus sp.) between each station in Cilacap coastal waters. The method used the survey method, and the method of determining the location of sampling was using the purposive random sampling method. The results of microplastic abundance research between stations and between species have significant differences. The conclusion of this study discovered that a total microplastic abundance between stations and species have significant differences. |
