| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dilaksanakan di Satuan Kerja Taman Ternak Sapi Perah Pagerkukuh Wonosobo yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya pakan, income over feed cost (IOFC) dan membandingkan income over feed cost (IOFC) pada asal ternak yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dan teknik penetapan sampel wilayah dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dipilih Satker Pagerkukuh. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan metode sensus pada ternak sapi yang sedang laktasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 ekor sapi perah laktasi, dengan asal ternakyang berbeda yaitu dari New Zealand dan Australia. Metode analisis, untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya pakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, income over feed cost dengan menghitung selisih dari total penerimaan dengan total biaya pakan, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan income over feed cost pada asal ternak yang berbeda menggunakan uji beda (Uji t). Hasil penelitian: 1) Biaya pakan yang dikeluarkan untuk usaha sapi perah di Taman Ternak Sapi Perah Pagerkukuh Wonosobo, konsentrat sebesar Rp. 12.798.133,00 per ekor per tahun dan hijauan Rp. 4.216.565,50 per ekor per tahun, dan total biaya pakan yang digunakan yaitu sebesar Rp. 17.014.698,50 per ekor per tahun; 2) Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) dari Sapi New Zealand didapat sebesar Rp. -4.714.853,50 per ekor per tahun sedangkan IOFC dari Sapi Australia sebesar Rp. -627.498,50 per ekor per tahun; 3) Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) sapi yang berasal dari Australia kekurangannya lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan sapi yang berasal dari New Zealand. Perlu adanya data recording yang lengkap dan regenerasi ternak yang sudah afkir untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan untuk meningkatkan nilai IOFC, produktivitas ternak harus ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan manajemen, dan memperbaiki kualitas dan kuantitas input pakan. |

Inggris) | The research was carried out in the Wonosobo Pagerkukuh Dairy Farm Work Unit which aims to determine the amount of feed costs, income over feed costs (IOFC) and compare the income over feed cost (IOFC) at different livestock origin. This research was conducted using a survey method and the area sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method, selected by Pagerkukuh Satker. The sampling technique using the census method on lactating cattle with a sample of 25 lactating dairy cows, with different livestock from New Zealand and Australia. Analysis method, to find out the amount of feed costs using descriptive analysis, income over feed cost by calculating the difference from the total revenue with the total cost of feed, and to determine the difference in income over feed cost at the origin of different livestock using different tests (t test). The results of the study: 1) Feed costs incurred for dairy cattle business in Wonosobo Pagerkukuh Dairy Farm, a concentrate of Rp. 12,798,133.00 per head per year and forage Rp. 4,216,565.50 per head per year, and the total cost of feed used is Rp. 17,014,698.50 per head per year; 2) Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) from New Zealand Cows is obtained at Rp. -4,714,853.50 per head per year while IOFC from Australian Cattle is Rp. -627,498.50 per head per year; 3) Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC) of cattle originating from Australia has less deficiencies compared to cattle from New Zealand. There needs to be complete data recording and regeneration of rejected animals to increase productivity and to increase IOFC value, livestock productivity must be improved through improved management, and improve the quality and quantity of feed inputs. |
