| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Komplikasi neuropati dapat disebabkan oleh kadar glukosa darah yang tidak terkontrol. Tingkat kepatuhan terapi merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan risiko terjadinya komplikasi neuropati. Permasalahan yang terjadi di FKTP Klinik Tanjung yaitu terdapat sepertiga pasien yang tidak rutin melakukan kontrol glikemik. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan terapi dengan risiko terjadinya komplikasi neuropati berdasarkan skor monofilamen. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 76 pasien FKTP Klinik Tanjung Purwokerto yang dipilih dengan metode consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel kepatuhan terapi menggunakan kuisioner MMAS-8, sedangkan data untuk variabel risiko komplikasi neuropati diukur berdasarkan skor monofilamen. Hasil : Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji spearman menunjukkan p value = 0,002 dan r = 0,347. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kepatuhan terapi dengan risiko terjadinya komplikasi neuropati (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kepatuhan terapi dengan risiko terjadinya komplikasi neuropati berdasarkan tinggi rendahnya skor monofilamen pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Klinik Tanjung Purwokerto |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Complication of diabetic neuropathy caused by uncontrolled blood glucose level. Compliance of treatment was one of the factors that could be determine the risk of diabetic neuropathy. The problem that occured in FKTP Tanjung Clinic Purwokerto that there was third of patients who didn’t routine control their blood glucose. Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between compliance of treatment and the risk of diabetic neuropathy based on monofilament scores. Methods : This research was an observational analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 76 patients who were selected by consecutive sampling method. Data collection for compliance of treatment used the MMAS-8 questionnaire, while the risk of diabetic neuropathy complications were measured based on monofilament scores. Result : The results of bivariate analysis using the spearman test showed p value = 0.002 and r = 0.347. This results show a significant relationship between the level compliance of treatment and the risk of diabetic neuropathy complications (p <0.05). Conclution : There is a significant correlation between compliance of treatment and the risk of diabetic neuropathy based on the high and low of monofilament score in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the First Level Health Facility at Tanjung Purwokerto Clinic |
