| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Berbasis Ekonomi Kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal, tenaga kerja, pendidikan, dan lama usaha terhadap produksi UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis. UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif merupakan sektor strategis dalam pembangunan karena berkontribusi secara signifikan dan lebih bertumpu kepada ide-ide kreatif pemikiran manusia. UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis pada saat ini belum mengindikasikan besarnya harapan pada kelompok usaha tersebut untuk mendukung tumbuhnya sistem perekonomian yang berkeadilan. Hal ini juga mengakibatkan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif belum mampu memberikan suatu corak khusus bagi Kabupaten Ciamis yang dikenal oleh masyarakat umum baik di dalam maupun luar daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM yang berjumlah 279. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik Simple Random Sampling sampel respondennya berjumlah 80 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa modal, tenaga kerja, pendidikan dan lama usaha secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis ekonomi kreatif adalah modal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah faktor produksi berupa modal, tenaga kerja, pendidikan dan lama usaha harus mendapatkan perhatian dari pelaku UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif, mengingat betapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis. Pelaku UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis alangkah baiknya meningkatkan jumlah modal, tenaga kerja, pendidikan dan lama usaha agar produksi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Ciamis dapat lebih meningkat lagi. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled "Factors Influencing Production of Small and Medium Micro Enterprise (MSMEs) Based on Creative Economy in Ciamis Regency". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital, labor, education, and length of business on production of MSMEsbased on creative economy in Ciamis Regency. MSMEs based on creative economy is a strategic sector in development because it contributes significantly and is more focused on creative ideas of human thinking. MSMEs based on creative economy in Ciamis Regency at this time has not indicated the magnitude of hope in the business group to support the growth of a just economic system. It also resulted in MSMEs based on creative economy has not been able to provide a special feature for Ciamis Regency known by the general public both inside and outside the region. The research method used is the survey method. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 279 MSMEs. Using the Slovin formula and Simple Random Sampling techniques the sample of respondents was 80 people. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis shows that capital, labor, education and long business together have a positive and significant influence on the production of Micro and Small Medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy. Capital has a positive and significant effect on the production of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy. Workforce has a positive and significant effect on the production of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy.Education is of a positive and significant importance to the production of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).The duration of business has a positive and significant effect on the production of micro and small medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy. The most influential variable on the production of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy is capital. The implication of this research is production factor in the form of capital, labor, education and long effort must get attention from perpetrator of UMKM based on creative economy, considering how big influence of those factors to production of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy in Ciamis Regency. Performing MSMEsbased on creative economy in Ciamis Regency would be better to increase the amount of capital, labor, education and long business so that the production of Micro, Small and Medium (MSMEs) business based on creative economy in Ciamis Regency can be further increased.
