| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) adalah pertahanan pertama dalam menanggulangi kebakaran kecil. Terdapat 4 faktor keberhasilan APAR, yaitu: penyediaan APAR yang sesuai, pemasangan yang tepat, pemeliharaan yang benar dan pelatihan penggunaan APAR. Jika salah satu sistem tidak berjalan dengan benar maka akan ada kegagalan fungsi APAR. Penyebab kegagalan fungsi APAR ini disebabkan oleh ketidaktahuan karyawan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dengan metode simulasi terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan penggunaan APAR pada kayawan kantor pusat GraPARI Telkomsel Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi-Eksperimental dengan Non Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelompok perlakuan 29 responden dan kelompok kontrol 23 responden. Pengumpulan data kelompok perlakuan dalam bentuk pretest dilakukan 6 hari sebelum perlakuan dan posttest dilakukan di hari yang sama setelah pelatihan, sedangkan pengumpulan data kelompok kontrol dalam bentuk pretest dilakukan dihari yang sama sebelum pembagian leaflet dan posttest dilakukan 6 hari setelah penyebaran leaflet. Analisis yang digunakan Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitiaan menunjukkan pada kelompok perlakuan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan (Asymp. Sig=0,000), sikap (Asymp. Sig=0,000) dan keterampilan (Asymp. Sig=0,000) sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan penggunaan APAR. Terdapar perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan (0,001), sikap (0,001) dan keterampilan (0,000) setelah diberikannya pelatihan penggunaan APAR antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan: Pelatihan penggunaan APAR dengan metode simulasi berpengaruh pada pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan karyawan kantor pusat GraPARI Telkomsel Purwokerto dalam menggunakan APAR |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Backgraund: The fire extinguisher (APAR) is the first defense in tackling small fires. There are 4 factors the success of fire extinguisher, namely: the provision of fire extinguisher which is appropriate, proper mounting, correct maintenance and training to use the fire extinguisher. If one system is not running properly then there will be failure of function of fire extinguisher. The cause of the failure function fire extinguisher is caused by the ignorance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training by simulation method on knowledge, attitude and skills of the use of fire extinguisher of employees of central office GraPARI Telkomsel Purwokerto. Method: This Study was a quasi-eksperimental research with non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in the study in the treatment group of 29 respondents and a control group of 23 respondents. Data collection treatment group in the form of a pretest was conducted 6 days before the treatment and the posttest done on the same day after training, while the data collection a control group in the form of a pretest carried out on the same day before the distribution of leaflets and posttest was conducted 6 days after the spread of the leaflets. Analysis used the wilcoxon test and mann whitney test. Results: The results of the research showed in the treatment group there were differences in knowledge (asymp. sig=0.000), attitude (asymp. sig=0.000) and skills (asymp. sig=0.000) before and after the training to use the fire extinguisher. there are significant differences in knowledge (0,001), attitude (0.001), and skills (0,000) after given a training to use the fire extinguisher between the treatment and control groups. Conclusion: Training to use the fire extinguisher by the method of simulation of the effect on knowledge, attitude and skills of the employees of central office GraPARI Telkomsel Purwokerto in using the fire extinguisher. |
