| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan dengan Media Aplikasi Smartphone Bunda Cerdas Bayi Sehat (BCBS) Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil Tentang Persalinan |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Setiap ibu hamil akan mengalami perubahan psikologis, diantaranya kecemasan yang berlebih menjelang persalinan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang persalinan. salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang persalinan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media aplikasi smartphone BCBS terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang persalinan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasy experimental pretest and posttest with control group. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu quota sampling. Jumlah sampel 48 orang (24 kelompok intervensi dan 24 kelompok kontrol). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney, Paired sample t test dan Non paired sample t test. Hasil: Rerata usia kelompok intervensi adalah 27,61 tahun sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 28 tahun. Mayoritas responden berpendidikan SMA/SMK, ibu rumah tangga dan multigravida. Tidak terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum diberikan pendidikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan aplikasi BCBS dengan nilai masing-masing p yaitu 0,289 dan 0,828 (p>0,05). Terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan dan sikap setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan aplikasi BCBS dengan nilai p yang sama yaitu 0,000 (p<0,05) antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi BCBS efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang persalinan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Every pregnant woman will experience psychological changes, including excessive anxiety before thebirth. This can be caused by lack of knowledge about labor. One effort that can be done is to provide health education about childbirth. Objective: To determine the effect of health education with BCBS applications on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about labor. Research Methods: This study used a quasy experimental pretest and posttest with control group. The data collection technique was quota sampling. The total sample was 48 people (24 intervention groups and 24 control groups). Data collection uses a knowledge and attitude questionnaire. The used test were Wilcoxon test, Mann Whitney, paired sample t test and non paired sample t test. Results: The average age of the intervention group was 27.61 years while in the control group was 28 years. The majority of respondents graduated high school / vocational education, housewives and multigravidas. There were no differences in the scores of knowledge and attitudes before being given health education in the BCBS application with the values of each p being 0.289 and 0.828 (p> 0.05). There were differences in the scores of knowledge and attitudes after being given health education with the BCBS application with the same p value of 0,000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: BCBS application is effective to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about labor. |
