| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Verbal abuse merupakan kekerasan dalam bentuk kata-kata kasar dan kalimat negatif yang dapat melukai hati anak. Salah satu penyebab verbal abuse adalah kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. Media video dan leaflet dipercaya mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua. Tujuan : Mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media video dan leaflet terhadap pengetahuan orang tua tentang verbal abuse. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimental design dengan pretest-posttest without control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yakni sebanyak 17 responden pada masing-masing kelompok. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired Sampel t Test dan Uji Independent Sampel t Test. Hasil : Terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan pada kelompok video (p=0,000) serta terdapat perbedaan pada kelompok leaflet (p=0,010). Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh skor pengetahuan antara kelompok video dan leaflet sebelum perlakuan (p= 0,921) serta tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh skor pengetahuan antara kedua kelompok sesudah perlakuan (p=0,821). Kesimpulan : Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media video dan leaflet terhadap pengetahuan orang tua tentang verbal abuse pada anak. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Verbal abuse is violence in the form of harsh words and negative sentences that can hurt a child's heart. One of the causes of verbal abuse is the lack of knowledge of parents. Efforts to increase parental knowledge by providing health education. Video and leaflet media are believed to be able to increase parents' knowledge. Objective: To find out the differences in the influence of health education on video and leaflet media on parents' knowledge about verbal abuse. Method : This research used quasy eksperimental design with pretest-posttest without control group design. The sampling technique of this research used simple random sampling, which were 17 respondents in each group. The data was analyzed using Paired Sampel t Test and Independent Sample t Test. Result : There were differences in knowledge scores before and after the provision of health education in the video group (p = 0,000) and there were differences in the leaflet group (p = 0.010). There was no difference in the effect of the knowledge score between the video and leaflet groups before treatment (p = 0.921) and there was no difference in the effect of knowledge scores between the two groups after treatment (p = 0.821). Conclusion : There is no difference in the effect of health education on video media and leaflets on parents' knowledge about verbal abuse in children. |
