Indonesia) | Abstrak HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN RELIGIUSITAS DENGAN STRES MAHASISWA YANG MENGERJAKAN SKRIPSI DI FAKULTAS ILMU-ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN Hesti Renita1, Rahmi Setiyani2, Wastu Adi Mulyono3 Latar Belakang : Mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi memiliki kemungkinan untuk mengalami stres. Stres dapat memiliki dampak yang positif namun stres juga dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif. Dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh teman sebaya dan religiusitas diduga menjadi mekanisme koping untuk mengatasi dampak negatif dari stres. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dengan stres pada mahasiswa yang mengerjakan skripsi. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 195 mahasiswa semester 7 yang diambil secara acak. Pengukuran dukungan sosial menggunakan instrumen empat dimensi, religiusitas menggunakan instrumen lima dimensi dan stres menggunakan instrumen dari Safaria dan Saputra yang diadaptasi oleh Sundari. Hasil : Skor dukungan sosial median adalah 61,00 (32-80), median skor religiusitas 109,00 (85-121) dan median skor stres 33,00 (7-87). Hasil uji korelasi Spearman antara dukungan sosial dengan stres mahasiswa memiliki nilai r = - 0,203 dengan p-value 0,004 sedangkan religiusitas dengan stres memiliki nilai r = -0,148 dengan p-value 0,039 yang artinya keduanya memiliki hubungan dan korelasi negatif dengan kekuatan lemah. Kesimpulan : Hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dengan stres memiliki hubungan, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial dan religiusitas maka semakin rendah stres yang dimiliki. Both o negative and positive sides become the impact o the stress. In this case, the social support and religiousity be expected the coping mechanism for the negative impact from the stress. This research aims to find out the relation between the social support and religiosity with the stress o the students who are finishing their thesis. Research Method: This research used cross sectional design. The respondents of this research were 195 students who are the in the 7th semester randomly choosen. Social support measurement used four dimensional instrument, religiousity measurement used five dimensional instrument and stress measurement used Sundari which adapted from Safaria and Saputra instrument. Research Result: The social support median score is 61.00 (32-80), the religiousity median score is 109.00 (85-121) and the stress median score is 33.00 (7-87). The Spearman correlation test result between the social support and stress shows the value on r = -0.203 with p-value 0.004, while the result between religiousity and the stress shows the value on r = -0.148 with p-value 0.039. The result means that there is a relation and negative correlation with less power. Conclusion: The relation between social support and religiousity with the stress is valid. The higher social support and religiousity given, the stress will be lower.
