Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk NP-SR serta perlakuan tinggi genangan air terhadap sifat kimia air, dinamika volatilisasi NH3 dan pertumbuhan padi sawah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium tanah dan screen house fakultas pertanian,Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2018 sampai Januari 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) pola faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah tinggi genangan air sedangkan faktor kedua adalah pupuk NP-SR. Variabel yang diamati meliputi komponen pertumbuhan padi sawah seperti tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, luas daun, pH H2O, DHL, potensial redoks (Eh) dan volatilisasi NH3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perlakuan tinggi genangan air belum mampu meningkatkan karakter pertumbuhan padi sawah seperti tinggi tanaman,jumlah daun dan jumlah anakan, (2) Perlakuan tinggi genangan air memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap sifat kimia air pada fase vegetatif, fase akhir vegetatif maupun fase panen. (3) Pemberian pupuk NP-SR mampu meningkatkan luas daun tanaman padi dan memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap sifat kimi air pada grade pupuk NP-SR 17-10, 16-15 dan 18-20, (4) Pemberian pupuk NP-SR dan perlakuan tinggi genangan air memberikan respons terhadap volatilisasi NH3, dan didapat kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu pada tinggi genangan air 4 – 5 cm dan pupuk grade 18-20.

This study aims to determine the effect of NP-SR fertilizer as well as the high treatment of standing water on the chemical properties of water, the volatility of NH3 dynamics and the growth of paddy rice. This research was conducted at the soil laboratory and the faculty faculty screen house, Jenderal Sudirman University. The study was conducted in April 2018 until January 2019. This study used a Complete Group Randomized Design (RAKL) factorial pattern with two factors. The first factor is the high inundation while the second factor is NP-SR fertilizer. The variables observed included growth components of wet rice such as plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, leaf area, pH H2O, DHL, redox potential (Eh) and volatilization of NH3. The results showed that (1) the high treatment of standing water has not been able to improve the character of the growth of lowland rice such as plant height, number of leaves and number of tillers, (2) high treatment of standing water has a significant effect on the water chemistry in the vegetative phase, vegetative end phase and the harvest phase. (3) Provision of NP-SR fertilizer can increase the leaf area of rice plants and have a significant influence on the chemical properties of water on fertilizer grade NP-SR 17-10, 16-15 and 18-20, (4) Provision of NP-SR fertilizer and the high treatment of standing water responds to the volatilization of NH3, and the best combination of treatment is obtained at high water levels 4-5 cm and fertilizer grade 18-20.
