| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Produksi bayam merah di Indonesia termasuk masih rendah sehingga perlu suatu usaha agar dapat meningkatkan produksi bayam merah. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memperluas lahan untuk budidaya bayam merah atau ekstensifikasi lahan pertanian. Tanah inceptisol merupakan salah satu lahan marginal yang berpotensi untuk budidaya tanaman, namun memiliki kesuburan yang rendah (Sudirja et al., 2017). Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesuburannya dapat dilakukan pemupukan menggunakan pupuk organik seperti pupuk organik cair Azolla dan limbah teh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi konsentasi pupuk organik cair berbasis Azolla microphylla terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah, 2) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi dosis limbah teh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah dan 3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi Pupuk organik cair Azolla dan dosis limbah teh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2018-Januari 2019 di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Azolla (25 ml/L, 75 ml/L, dan 125 ml/L) dan faktor kedua yaitu dosis limbah teh (60 g/polibag, 80 g/polibag, dan 100 g/polibag), sehingga diperoleh 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, luas daun, bobot segar dan kering tanaman, panjang akar, serta bobot segar dan kering akar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis keragaman (Uji F) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata dan sangat nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Azolla 75 ml/L dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar dan bobot kering tanaman secara berturut-turut yaitu 56,74 cm, 73,44 helai, 151,33 g dan 20,54 g. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The production of red spinach in Indonesia is still low, so an effort is needed to increase the production of red spinach. One effort that can be done is to expand the land for red spinach cultivation or extensification of agricultural land. Land inceptisol is one of the marginal lands that has the potential for crop cultivation, but has low fertility. Efforts to increase fertility can be done fertilizing using organic fertilizers such as Azolla liquid organic fertilizer and tea waste.This research aims to determine the effect of the application of the search for organic fertilizer based on Azolla microphylla on the growth and yield of red spinach, 2) find out the effect of the application of tea waste on the growth and yield of red spinach and 3) determine the effect of the interaction between Azolla liquid organic fertilizer concentration and dosage of tea waste against the growth and yield of red spinach. This research was held in December 2018-January 2019 at the screen house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University. This research used a complete randomized block design (RAKL) of two factors. The first factor is the concentration of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer (25 ml / L, 75 ml / L, and 125 ml / L) and the second factor is the tea waste dose (60 g / polybag, 80 g / polybag, and 100 g / polybag), so that 9 combination of treatments were obtained and repeated 3 times. Variables observed included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf area, fresh and dry weight of plants, fresh and dry weight of roots, and root length. The data were analyzed using diversity (F Test) at the error level of 5%. If there are real and very significant differences, proceed with the Duncan Multiple Range Test on the 5% error level. The results showed that the concentration of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer 75 ml / L can increase plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight and dry weight of plants, respectively 56.74 cm, 73.44 strands, 151.33 g and 20.54 g. |
