| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru, sumber belajar, dan keaktifan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Purwokerto yang mengambil peminatan mata pelajaran ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Purwokerto yang mengambil peminatan mata pelajaran ekonomi sebanyak 324 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu proportionate random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 181 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda,koefisien determinasi, uji F, uji t. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, 1) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Purwokerto yang mengambil peminatan mata pelajaran ekonomi, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t_hitung 5,307 > nilai t_tabel 1,653. 2) Sumber belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Purwokerto yang mengambil peminatan mata pelajaran ekonomi, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t_hitung 4,598> nilai t_tabel 1,653. 3) Keaktifan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Purwokerto yang mengambil peminatan mata pelajaran ekonomi, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t_hitung 4,584 > nilai t_tabel 1,653. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R^2) kontribusi variabel kompetensi guru, sumber belajar, dan keaktifan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 43,6%, sedangkan 56,4% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru, sumber belajar, dan keaktifan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Kata kunci : kompetensi guru, sumber belajar, keaktifan belajar, prestasi belajar. |

Inggris) | This study was a quantitative study using survey method, which aims to determine the effect of teacher competence, learning resources, and learning activeness toward student`s learning achievement on economic subject of class X SMAN 1 Purwokerto. The populations of the study were all students of class X SMAN 1 Purwokerto on economic subject, they were 324 students. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling, they were 181 respondent. data were collected by observations, interviews, questionnaires, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t-test. The results of the study showed that : 1) Teacher competence has a positive effect toward students`s learning achievement, it was proved by t_count 5,307 > t_table 1,653. 2) Learning resources has a positive effect toward students`s learning achievement, it was proved by t_count 4,598> t_table 1,653. 3) Learning activeness has a positive effect toward students`s learning achievement, it was proved by t_count 4,584 > t_table 1,653. Value of coefficient determination, contribution of variables teacher competence, learning resources, and learning activeness was 43,6%, while the other 56,4% were influenced by other variables not examined. Concluded that teacher competence, learning resources, and learning activeness has a positive effects toward student`s learning achievement on economic subject of class X SMAN 1 Purwokerto.
