| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tahu merupakan makanan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena memiliki rasa yang enak, kandungan protein yang baik yaitu sebesar 8 sampai 12 persen, dan harganya relatif murah. Sehingga banyak dikonsumsi diberbagai kalangan masyarakat. Industri rumah tangga tahu merupakan pekerjaan utama bagi perajin, namun para perajin belum mempunyai catatan biaya yang baik tentang analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, efisiensi usaha, dan titik impas sehingga pengrajin tidak mengetahui usaha tersebut efisien atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui biaya total produksi dan pendapatan usaha, 2) Mengetahui penerimaan usaha, 3) Mengetahui titik impas dan efisiensi usaha. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai bulan November 2018 di Desa Kalikidang Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), dengan pertimbangan karena jumlah industri rumah tangga tahu yang paling banyak di Kecamatan Sokaraja ada di Desa Kalikidang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui wawancara kepada perajin tahu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C, dan titik impas (BEP). Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Rata-rata biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan perajin tahu sebesar Rp25.164.391 per bulan produksi, rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp32.152.500 per bulan produksi, dan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp7.493.109 per bulan produksi. Nilai efisiensi (R/C) lebih dari satu yaitu sebesar 1,3 artinya usaha industri tahu yang ada di Desa Kalikidang layak untuk diusahakan atau usaha tersebut efisien. Rata-rata BEP harga tahu kecil sebesar Rp766 per bungkus, sedangkan rata-rata BEP harga tahu besar sebesar Rp1.575 per bungkus. Rata-rata BEP produk tahu kecil sebanyak 348 bungkus, sedangkan rata-rata BEP produk tahu besar sebanyak 183 bungkus. |

Inggris) | Tofu is a food that is in great demand by the community because it has a good taste, good protein content that is equal to 8 to 12 percent, and the price is relatively cheap. So that it is widely consumed in various circles of society. The tofu household industry is the main job for craftsmen, but the craftsmen do not have a good record of costs, revenue, income, business efficiency, and break-even points so that craftsmen do not know whether the business is efficient or not. This study aims to 1) Know the total 2 production costs and business income, 2) Knowing business revenues, 3) Knowing the break-even point and business efficiency. Data collection was carried out from October to November 2018 in the Kalikidang Village Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. Location selection is done purposively, with consideration because the number of home industry knows that the most in Sokaraja Subdistrict are in Kalikidang Village. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with tofu artisans. Data analysis methods used include: cost analysis, revenue, income, R/C, and break-even (BEP). The results of the study are as follows: Average production costs incurred by tofu craftsmen are Rp25.199,391 per month of production, the average income is Rp30.705.000 per month of production, and the average income is Rp5.585.609 per month of production. The efficiency value (R/C) is more than one, which is equal to 1,24, which means that the tofu industry business in the village of Kalikidang is feasible or that the business is efficient. The average BEP of small tofu prices is Rp260,49 per pack, while the BEP average of large tofu prices is Rp1.108,74 per pack. The average BEP of small tofu products is 348 packs, while the average BEP of large tofu products is 183 packs. |
