| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Menanggapi meningkatnya persaingan di antara kota-kota sebagai tujuan wisata sejak tahun 1990-an, saat ini banyak kota semakin terlibat dalam mengembangkan citra suatu kota, oleh karena itu, Kota Bandung harus menciptakan citra kota yang dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Tidak hanya citra kota yang menjadi pertimbangan wisatawan dalam menentukan keputusan berkunjungnya, tetapi faktor aksesibilitas menuju Kota Bandung dan informasi mengenai Kota Bandung yang diperoleh wisatawan melalui electronic word of mouth juga menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tersebut menunjukan bahwa citra kota, aksesibilitas dan electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Kota Bandung.

Not only is the image of the city a consideration of tourists in deciding their visit decisions, but accessibility factors towards the city of Bandung and information about the city of Bandung that is obtained by tourists through electronic word of mouth is also an important consideration for tourists. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The city obtained from these calculations showed positive city-to-city, accessibility and word of mouth on the decision to visit Bandung. |
