Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Based Learning Terhadap Minat Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di MAN 1 Banyumas”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat dan hasil yang menggunakan model Discovery Based Learning dan model konvensional, selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery based learning terhadap hasil dan minat belajar.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling dan sampel berjumlah 65 siswa, yang terbagi ke dalam dua kelas, yaitu kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas ekperimen dan kelas XI IPS 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan angket, pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji t, dan regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan minat belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Based Learning dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model Discovery Based Learning dan model konvensional. Model pembelajaran Discovery Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar. Model pembelajaran Discovery Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Minat belajar siswa berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The objectives of this research were to determine effect of discovery based learning model towards learning outcomes and learning interest in economic subjects in MAN 1 Banyumas. The purpose of this research are to understand/know the different of learning interest and learnig outcomes that use discovery based learning model and conventional model, furthermore to know the effect of discovery based learning model on learning outcomes and learning interest.
This research is a quasi experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling which found 65 students as the samples, which were divided into two classes, that are XI IPS 3 grades as experiment class and XI IPS 5 grades as control class. Then, data were collected by questionnaires, pretest, and posttest, and analyzed by normality, homogeneity, t test, and simple regression test.
The result of the study showed that there are differences of students`s learning interest which uses discovery based learning model and conventional model. There are differences of students`s learning outcomes discovery based learning model and conventional learning model. discovery based learning model influences towards learning interest. discovery based learning model influences towards learning outcomes. Students`s learning interest influences towards learning outcomes.
