| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi POC Azolla terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, (2) mengetahui pengaruh dosis limbah teh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi POC Azolla dan dosis limbah teh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan November 2018 sampai bulan Januari 2019. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan November 2018 sampai bulan Januari 2019. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) Azolla yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu 50 ml/L (P1), 100 ml/L (P2), dan 150 ml/L (P3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis limbah teh yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu 30 g/polibag (T1), 60 g/polibag (T2), dan 90 g/polibag(T3). Variabel pengamatan meliputi: tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), bobot segar tanaman (g), bobot kering tanaman (g), bobot segar akar (g), dan bobot kering akar (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa POC Azolla dengan konsentrasi 150 ml/L dapat meningkatkan luas daun sebesar 257,19 cm2 dan bobot segar tanaman caisim sebesar 238,60 g. Dosis limbah teh belum dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim serta tidak terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi POC Azolla dan dosis limbah teh. |

Inggris) | This research aims to (1) determine the effect of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of caisim, (2) determine the effect of tea waste dosage on the growth and yield of caisim, 3) determine the effect of interaction between Azolla liquid organic fertilizer concentration and tea waste dosage on the growth and yield of caisim. The research was conducted at screen house of Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from November 2018 until January 2019. The experiment design used was Completely Randomized Block Design with treatmens of 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer concentration which consists of 3 levels, are 50 ml/L (P1), 100 ml/L (P2), dan 150 ml/L (P3). The second factor was the tea waste dosage 3 levels, are 30 g/polybag (T1), 60 g/polybag (T2), dan 90 g/polybag(T3). Variables observed included the plant height (cm), the number of leaves (sheet), the width of leaves (cm2), the fresh weight of plant (g), the dry weight of plant (g), the fresh weight of root (g), and the dry weight of root (g). The result showed that Azolla liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 150 ml/L increased the width of leaves are 257,19 cm2 and the fresh weight of plant are 238,60 g. Tea waste dosage has not been able to increase the growth and yield of caisim and there was no interaction effect between Azolla liquid organic fertilizer concentration and tea waste. |
