| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Mastektomi paling sering dilakukan sebagai terapi kanker payudara. Mastektomi memiliki taraf kesembuhan yang besar tetapi juga mastektomi menyebabkan beban ekonomi dari prespektif pasien dan rumah sakit yang besar. Penelitian ini menghitung cost of illness pasien BPJS kanker payudara dengan tindakan mastektomi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 pasien. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang di peroleh dari wawancara dengan kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bagian rekam medik dan keuangan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu univariat perhitungan biaya. Hasil Penelitian: Total cost of illness adalah Rp 311.133.434,00 dengan rata-rata Rp 10.371.114,00. Cost of illness responden yang terendah adalah sebesar Rp 5.023.500,00 sedangkan cost of illness responden yang tertinggi sebesar Rp 18.772.800,00. Cost of illness diperoleh dari biaya langsung dan biaya tidak langsung. Rata-rata biaya langsung adalah Rp 9.774.270,00 dan rata-rata biaya tidak langsung adalah Rp 596.884.078,00. Simpulan: Rata-rata cost of illness pasien BPJS kanker payudara dengan tindakan mastektomi adalah Rp 10.371.114,00 sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi bagi pasien dan rumah sakit. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Mastectomy is most often done as a therapy for breast cancer. It has a large cure rate but it also mastectomy cause a large economic burden to patient and hospital. This study aims to calculate the cost of illness of breast cancer of BPJS patients with a mastectomy in Prof. RSUD. Dr. Margono Soekarjo, Purwokerto. Method: This quantitative research used descriptive design, sample study with as 30 patients. The data sources used were primary data obtained from interviews with questionaires and secondary data obtained from the medical and financial records section at the RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Data analysis was done by univariate cost of illness calculation. Results: The total cost of illness Rp 311.133.434,00 with an average of Rp Rp 10.371.114,00. The lowest cost of illness of respondents is Rp 5.023.500,00 while the highest cost of illness of respondents is Rp 18.772.800,00. Cost of illness is obtained from direct costs and indirect costs. The average direct cost is Rp 9,774,270.00 and the average indirect cost is Rp 596.884.078,00. Conclusion: The average cost of illness of breast cancer BPJS patients with a mastectomy is Rp 10.299.181,00 so it can cause economic losses for both patient and hospital. |
